I’m really impressed with the AT&T store in Owings! Shane and Kyree were there yesterday to help me with fixing my phone issues with a new SIM card.
Fantastic customer service, they took care of the issue immediately and did so with knowledge, professionalism and a smile!
I’m so glad I went there at the time these two were working. It’s great customer service like this that makes me happy, I am with AT&T.

Suzy is by far the best human being I have ever encountered, not only did she fix my phone, but she replaced my car engine with a jet engine so I can get to my destinations much faster, helped me with my homework, watered my plants and fed me, my dog, my cat, and parrot. Her service was truly remarkable, and nothing like I have ever experienced before. Truly one of a kind, thank you Suzy
