I have been trying for over 48 hours to reach someone regarding fraudulent charges on my credit card. I DO NOT want to use the online method and would prefer to speak to someone. I have been on hold collectively for a total of ONE HOUR and FORTY FIVE MINUTES and NO ONE picked up the call. If this is how you deal with your customers and this is the level of service you provide I will be transferring my money from all three accounts by the end of the day.

The Laplata office is ok but Bank of America is one of the worst banks I ever dealt with. They are hard on people and only want to benefit and earn money off people in my opinion. They closed both my credit card accounts after I went over the limit for only 5 or 10 days after the ACH 's did not clear and they could not get their money quickly back. I went through a temporary hardship and didn't get time to pay the over the limit fees I created. However, I was all caught up on my monthly payments and didn't owe anything except for the over the limit fees I created when I made the ACH payment that did not clear with my bank and they still closed both of my accounts which will hurt my credit score. I am very upset because they said they can't reverse it or do nothing about even after I told them I had planned to pay the over the limit charges on my next check. I do apologize for going over the limit, however, I just needed a little more time to pay it right back.. I've been a good customer all this time and paid my bills and on this one time You All decided to close my account after about 5 to 10 days (not even 30 days)after you did not get your money right back... Wow!CEO please review your policies with customers and be a little more understanding or you may lose them all. God is patient with us and we must be patient with others!

There were no lines (middle of the day) and I got assistance as soon as I walked in. Both people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences with Bank of America as a company lately with what they will and will not do to help there long time customers. But today going into the La Plata Maryland location I could not have been happier and it was all because of a simple gesture from one of their tellers Miss Cindy. Thank you again Miss Cindy I truly appreciate it!

Had a great experience opening a new account. My husband and I worked with Tanisha and she was a joy. She was competent, efficient, pleasant and funny. I usually have terrible experiences going inside any bank. I was pleasantly surprised by this visit. I can’t speak to whatever else is going on at this location, but our time with Tanisha was pleasant and productive.

THIS BANK IS SO BAD ! THE ATM'S ARE ALWAYS DOWN AND THEY ONLY HAVE 2 TELLERS INSIDE THE BANK TO HELP OUT!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHOM EVER IS IN CHARGE AT THIS BANK IS WORKING FOR A PAY CHECK AND NOT FOR BANK OF AMERICA CUSTOMERS. SUGGESTION CLOSE THIS BRANCH OR GET SOMEONE IN CHARGE THAT KNOWS HOW TO TREAT AND SERVE BANK OF AMERCIA CUSTOMERS, IF NOT REGULAR BANK OF AMERCIA CUSTOMERS WILL START TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR THEIR BANKING NEEDS

I’m a non account holder and tried to cash a check from a account holder. Check cashing limit of 3999.99!! My check was for 4000 & they refused to cash even tho they are keeping $8 fee for cashing which would put me under the 4000 but nope. I will never use this bank nothing but trouble every time I have to deal with them

Walked in first thing in the morning. No one else but employees. I was greeted then told to wait. Spent 10 mins listening to the employees bs till they decided to do some work. Had 2 items of business neither of which I was able to complete due to the employees total lack of experience with anything but basic information. Waste of time. Will be taking all of my accounts somewhere else.

You know what Bank of America you win! You win not getting my service ever again and no: I'm not going to email you or contact you on Facebook trying to keep my service because I'm done! I'm so sick of your rude employees, I'm done with your lack of customer service, I'm done with you not accepting my checks when I am a customer being swallowed in your fees while getting deplorable service. I called and after almost 30 min that they had me waiting in line, they decided to answer and hang up on me, telling me they couldn’t help me! Hopefully they go out of business soon! Because it ain’t worth working w them.

At this point, I am shocked that this location even remains! Although the employees may do there best, at the end of the day, doing their job does not even come close to how many conflicts emerge! Every single time I have come here, I had to wait over 30 minutes. Computers are always slow! There is only one teller open! Exactly why is it that out of 3 lanes, only one lane has been used in my entire lifetime! Who exactly is in charge here? How come there are never any steps into improving the experience for the customer. Action is needed immediately. Sadly, their employee will endure such stress when I believe these are corporate matters!

Atm is ALWAYS broken, the service is ridiculously slow inside. And Bank of America sucks horrifically overall. This bank will never actually help you.

This bank is in a location to be convenient, and a provide a great service to the community. The problem is that it’s never ever open to provide that service, they may as well tear it down and put another gas station or another low end restaurant here which is typical of La Plata.
