We had been in a couple of times talking to another rep and Anita had recognized us right away. She was very quick and helpful to retrieve my contacts. She also encouraged my husband , who was reluctant to upgrade his 7 iPhone .We will be back for that upgrade!!

Had issue with promo that former employee didn’t finish. Jim the manager fixed the problem and stayed in contact until was completely corrected! Will definitely send people his way as his customer service was fantastic!!!

Rodney was very helpful by the time we walked in the door In tell we walked out he was very polite and was able to provide all the information needed walked in with a broken phone came out with a new phone and others at the best deal and price for me I highly recommend Rodney if u are coming to this Verizon location!!!

I ordered a phone from this location and was told they would call when it arrived. I received an email that it arrived but was never called so decided to stop by and ask, they told me it was still not there and that they would call me. Ok….a week later I stopped by and asked again and still nothing. Two months later still nothing, so I stopped by AGAIN and was told that after seven days my order was automatically cancelled. Excuse me, what?!? Why was I never called and why was I never informed of this policy? Horrible customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Anita who did an absolutely wonderful job of transferring my whole family over to Verizon and setting up all of our new devices. This was no easy task however, Anita did so flawlessly. We are all grateful for her hard work and wonderful disposition throughout it all!?
