This pharmacy had a great team when Target ran it and right after CVS took over. Nicole was the head pharmacist and the techs were amazing. They knew customers by name, when you called the pharmacists and techs took time to answer your questions and help and were always friendly and would go the extra mile. NOW..this is a horrible experience! !!!!!The male pharmacist there is not helpful and rude..I'm sorry if you're short staffed but this does not excuse being rude to customers. They do not want to answer questions or do anything extra to help and he has no problem making a line of 4 or 5 people wait 15/20 min while he goes back and fills scripts. And again rude. He needs to be given some.customer swrvice training. We have been with this pharmacy for years but it is time to leave!!! Guess I'm going back to safeway.

Good staff that are doing their best while being understaffed.FYI - there is no way for them to make you pay more. The cost has everything to do with your insurance.

I’ve had more issues than I care to think about with this pharmacy located in Target. Constant issues with the way they process insurance, causing me to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket because of their inability to process insurance correctly. I moved from CVS pharmacy to Target pharmacy years ago. The minute CVS took it over, everything went downhill

Waiting 30 minutes to pick up a prescription is unacceptable! I’ll NEVER use this pharmacy again!

I waited in a 30 minute line, running late for dinner, just to have them tell me they don't have my prescription even though I got an email telling me my prescription was called in and should be ready within the hour. I went 2 hours after that email to pick it up. They need more pharmacists working here cuz one is not enough. A 30 minute wait is unacceptable! I will NEVER use this pharmacy again!

They try but there are never enough staff to support the level of business at this location. Always a long wait.

I’m so done with this pharmacy. Long hold time over the phone and very seldom do you get a nice technician that answers the phone. They’re rude in person as much as they are on the phone. They act as if you’re interrupting their day when helping clients in the pharmacy….even though that’s their job. Switching to the CVS in Laplata next door. They’re always overly pleasant and helpful.

Our son has been sick since Thursday and the CVS his prescription was sent to, was out of stock but never informed us. We called the CVS in Target and Tyra was able to confirm the antibiotic was in stock and cancelled the hold from the other store and we were able to get his medication without delay. Tyra was very professional and extremely helpful to our son’s needs. TYRA ROCKS!!!

My overall experience was great. I was able to receive the new booster shot and Flu shot without an appointment. The entire process too less the 10 minutes. The pharmacist was amazing and administered the shots without any pain whatsoever!

So this has been our go-to pharmacy for years and when Target ran it, the service was outstanding. Since CVS took over all Target pharmacies there's been some customer service issues. Last weekend I attempted to refill a prescription; it was confirmed for pickup on Sunday but I never received a text. When I arrived I was told they had no record of the refill request. I asked that she check again, but the woman working just kept saying that I hadn't submitted a refill and then told me she couldn't submit the refill in person; instead I would have to leave and call it in. Two visits the following day and I was finally able to pick it up. Fast forward 1 week and I again tried the automated refill; I received a message that my prescription would be ready at 2:00. I arrived to find that it wasn't ready because they didn't have it in stock. Why couldn't they have called or texted this info? I asked if a nearby pharmacy had it; she said the CVS next door was showing it in stock. Instead of calling over to transfer the refill, she writes a number down for me to call. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was told they could fill half of the prescription but I'd have to come back in 2 hours. Someone needs to audit their automated service and work on customer service. So I returned home and will have to drive back to La Plata; glad I get to burn extra gas two weekends in a row due to their errors.

Niesha took care of my issues over the phone. She was amazing and so helpful. I had called about my prescription before but that person was not able to help. I am quite relieved and happy today. I'm sure she is a busy person but I suggest you ask for her.
