Pharmacist called me to question MY doctors protocol on my medication regiment for me and then didn't refill my meds, even though my insurance allowed it. Still haven't received my meds and i am now completely out after a procedure. Do not go here.

Worst experience trying to call someone at the store. Was better off just driving there to see if they are open. 10/10 do not recommend calling cvs ever. Impossible to speak to a human.

Don’t send your prescriptions here. I had so many problems here so I’m going to bullet a couple below:
- prescription for flu promised 10 AM yesterday, showed up at noon and they didn’t have it and said it would be ready today.
- go today to drive thru, waited 15 mins only to find out they just decided not to open the drive thru today I guess.
- go inside WITH THE FLU to find out it’s STILL not available.
- also like 8 people were working and none of them could open the drive thru?? I’d rather have not gone in with the flu.
- staff was not helpful or friendly and didn’t offer a single solution and when I did couldn’t help me out I still had to go to the walgreens across the street to talk about getting my prescription sent there instead of them just sending it for me.
Will be going to the Walgreens across the street from now on the staff was MUCH nicer even though they didn’t have the medication available either.
PS apparently don’t get the flu no one has the medication in stock.

Wes and the other guy helping do the inventory were the best . They didn’t have the product my grandmother needed in stock but they searched on their personal phone and let me know that brand was available at Walmart . The best customer service I’ve had since visiting Maryland . Thanks 🙏🏾

This cvs is garbage. Do NOT wait in the drive thru line! It will take forever to get to the window and there's a chance they'll just close it after you've been waiting forever. Do yourself a favor a choose somewhere else.

Dirty. Carpet and facility is disgusting. Trash all over the floors and parking lot. Honestly, this CVS should be fined by the county. The pharmacy is probably the worst part (except the pharmacists) - the 2nd drive-thru has been offline for years. Wait times in middle of the day +30min?!

i went to pick up my prescription at the drive thru mind you it’s already three cars in front of me. it’s taking a minute for them to get the cars through which is fine with me i have no problem being patient. Once i FINALLY get to the window they close the curtain without saying anything and walk off because there lunch starts @1:30 but i been sitting there for a long time and i was the last one in line so im not saying don’t take your lunch but why not take care of your customer who has been patiently waiting. It’s unprofessional. 0/10 service and when im asking to speak to someone about the situation everyone is acting clueless like they don’t care and I live 20 minutes away from the pharmacy.
NOW im here 30 minutes later to wait for them to open its 2:04 and it’s nobody at the window but they so quick to rush out for lunch smh

The 2nd drive-thru has been out of service for more than 4 years. Pharm staff is inundated always. The wait times are always terrible, but sometimes even impossible (45+ minutes JUST IN LINE wasnt what most have in mind to run 1 basic errand). CVS is a shameful company to it's own operation, staff, and customer base.

This cvs is always a problem last time the drive thru was broken...my and elderly that takes advantage of the window it was a huge inconvenience
