Thorough friendly service. I got 4 new tires and an oil change. Thorough. They even test drove my car after the front end alignment and when it wasn’t quite right put it back up on the rack to adjust it so it was. Jeff Woods explained everything and answered all of my questions. I will be going back and recommend anyone come here to keep their car running like new because my car feels brand new again!

Brought my Tesla Model Y in on Saturday after coordination online/via phone call to check out a tire that had a screw in it. I was out within 2 hours, with a fixed tire and under $40! Excellent experience overall!

I called Mr. Tire this morning around 8:15am in order to schedule an appointment to have a slow leak in my tire repaired. The gentleman that answers the phone tells me that he’ll take a walk-in if I could get it to the shop soon. I live about 10-15 minutes away, so I leave out immediately in order to leave my car to have my tire repaired. Upon arrival 15 mins later, I reiterated to the person at the counter that I needed a slow leaking tired repaired, only to be told that they’re not accepting walk-ins. So. I pleaded my case saying that I spoke to someone 15 mins ago saying that they would accept my car as a walk in appointment. The manager behind the counter said that he didn’t receive any such calls. As I walking out, I called the number I dialed earlier because at this point I’m thinking maybe I called the wrong shop. So, I called the number again, and sure enough the manager at the counter answers the phone. After he realized that he was caught in a lie, he immediately changed his tone, offering to honor to do the work he and I had spoke upon prior. I refused and took my business else where. Not sure who this gentleman was as I did not get his name, but it wasn’t Jim-Bo whom I usually deal with. Moral of the story, if it’s not Jim-Bo don’t trust that you’re service will be honored. This is truly a shame because I just had $730 worth of work done to my wife’s car at this shop in which I was throughly pleased only for something like this to happen to ruin that experience.

On Friday made tire installation appointment for Monday at 10:30am and received email confirmation. It's currently 4:45pm on Monday and I'm still waiting for install. Another person in waiting room had 3:30pm appointment and her vehicle is in the back. What gives? Over 5 hours of waiting while other people are serviced? Still waiting and only two people in the waiting room including myself. To the owner, a simple reply isn't going to fix this. If you read this soon or currently at the Laplata location, I can be approached in the waiting room.

Hey Mr Tire owner in Laplata MD. Guess what? It's 8:30pm and I'm just getting home from a 10:30am appointment from your business. But it doesn't stop there. They didn't have time to perform the alignment. Goodness, I can't make this up. Worst shop experience ever. Decided to give the owner two weeks to make this right. If it doesn't happen, I will create a full review in FB Group for Charles County Matters.
