This is a late review, as I was in there months ago, but I was so impressed with this place. Best experience I've ever had with a phone company in a decade. If Emily is still working there, she needs a raise. She was FANTASTIC. 10/10 for speed, prices, selection, accommodation, and all around phenomenal customer service.

Madison was superb!! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She took the phone and began to troubleshoot it immediately and she asked questions and made suggestions that we would not have been able to think of ourselves. What shined through was her smile and patience with us as we tried to figure things out. We had just had a bad experience with an other Verizon store in the area and we decided to come to LaPlata. I’m so glad we did! Meeting Madison confirmed what we were praying for someone who actually cared and wanted to help us. Her work ethics will indeed take this establishment to the next level. Whatever you need to do to keep her and reward her, please do it, she is a keeper!! I will be recommending everyone I know to come here for phone services!

Jasmin, the rep, at this store was very professional and knowledgable about what my husband and I needed.
My husband and I went back 2 days later to pick up our phones and Jasmin was very professional and courteous in helping us activate out phones. We had some technical difficulties activating my husbands phone and she was knowledgable and patient with that situation. She even stayed over her time to help us and we truly appreciate that dedication to customer service that she provided. She is truly an asset to this store.

In a world with minimal customer service I was pleasantly surprised to get the best customer service I have had in years. Madison was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel good about my lack technology savy by walking me through the process. I just changed from another service that was a nightmare and this experience was so refreshing. Great job to Madison, I really appreciated effort and professionalism.

I conducted business in the La Plata Verizon store today and it was a great experience. In particular, Madison representing TCC was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable and was patient with all of my questions. Not only did she possess excellent customer service skills, she is simply a good person. It was a pleasure to work with her.
