The Ashland, Virginia store has the worst customer service ever!! The cashier told me “Not to go there because she is having a bad day.” after leaving the counter and had another customer and I waiting for several minutes while she went to get her phone charger! The supervisor asked where she had gone to, the cashier yelled to her “What does it matter bro? I had to get my phone charger. My phone is dying.” I just looked at her shocked. As I walked away, she says to me “ Lady don’t even, I’m not in the mood today.” I kept my mouth shut. Went to the supervisor, asked for the corporate number. A manager comes out, I tell him what happened. He offers me a pastry after bring me the number. I told him I will not be coming back to the store ever again. I try calling corporate to find they aren’t even open on Wednesday!! So it’s okay for their employees to disrespect customers? The manager was doing deep breathing exercises when as I was walking away from him. What kind of store is this?

Apparently when you have over 10 years in corporate roles. You aren’t qualified enough to work in customer service. Who would have thought!

Went thier with a friend she had to take some tests for her job , while there we had a tornado warning ,the people in charge made me come in to avoid the storm . Very nice !

Went here and talked with Kim because the Dash in 2 miles away doesn't even have She'll cards so you can save in the gas they sell. Haven't heard back in over a week and a half. Do BETTER PLEASE..

This is a collaborative, community minded organization. Everyone on the team gives their best effort, day after day.
