Store rep Merrick was professional and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and was very patient with me. I had a very old phone and she was able to get the information from the old phone to my new phone. My old phone crashed 2 years ago so I was afraid it may freeze up again but Merrick helped me stay calm during the transfer process.

I've always had great experiences at this AT&T store. My mom and I went there yesterday trading in for the new 24 and the person who helped us, Kris, was very helpful. Thank you guys for even saving us money!

Yes I went to the att store in Cumberland md at the mall the boy that helped me was the rudest and most ignorant person I have ever met in my life i will never go back to that location i will switch to us cellular first that is what I should have done right there on the spot the way he talked to me and my son

It kept saying I didn't have a prepaid account. When I tried to put money on account. So I went to store and they said. Need new sim and. Number. Ok last time I did that it was a cpl bucks so with service plan 40 I figured 45 but when I paid it was over 60 dollars said there was a charge for activation. Like 15 or so. I could have went to Walmart and got. AT&T phone with sim and service and all that for same or less and plus got same phone but brand new . That didn't make sense to me

I was very pleased, but basically got lied too, I was in there a couple weeks ago and upgraded mine and moms phone, I was told if I paid 12$ to become an arrp membership that it would knock 70$ off my next bill, I just looked and my total is 357$ I am not very happy.

Great Service ! I had a difficult situation with canceling an account that seemed impossible to do went into the store and Branton the manager was so helpful, patient and professional! He made the long wait seem easy and quick!! well done AT&T Country Club Mall and Branton many thanks !

The manager Brenton was very unprofessional, arrogant, and was more concerned about boasting about how much he paid for solar panels then assisting with my concerns. Left their store and changed providers. Would not recommend this store. I’m the past the staff have been awesome, no more.

I was there for over 3.5 while transferring some old business lines to a new business line. Hold times on phone . Lines didn't transfer.Came back next day. Lines still not transferred. Long hold times.Come back 1 week later. Lines still not transferred. Spent 5+ hrs in a un air conditioned, hot store. Ridiculous process. I will be taking my business elsewhere when financially appropriate
