“I've already responded to the survey. I believe that Bright Trust Insurance is an excellent example of how to approach many carriers and customize one's needs to fit the benefits of each provider. I told the salesman up front that I had atrial fibrillation, and I received a rate quotation. My doctor provided the documents, and this agency responded, "I have a-fib, and my risk class has changed significantly." It seems like a bait and switch business to me. Still, I believe the idea is sound. courteous and attentive when my circumstances changed. I appreciate the navigation.”
