literally the most incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. literally never knew the answer to any questions I had and said they never got my prescriptions even though I called them in multiple times. i have secondhand embarrassment from seeing/speaking with them

I was here for a prescription and bought some items. The prescriptions were not ready after 3 hours of being called in. The front desk was not helpful adding the cva coupons i get. They were in a hurry to get me out. I had similar experiences in the past with this store and sadly needs to change their views. Thanks.

I don’t want to say this pharmacy isn’t great, but if you catch them when they’re actually open (random closures no matter how important your meds are) they’re just not quick. You can go to a university, receive a Nobel Peace Prize, build a Time Machine, learn alchemy from a medieval witch, invent your own prescription, manufacture it, and cure your ailments quicker than the service here.

This CVS is normally very clean, but the bathroom is always a nightmare. Today there was used toilet paper with fecal matter on the floor and no toilet paper. If you can't provide a clean stocked courtesy bathroom, don't offer one at all please.

Worst pharmacy on the planet. Called in a prescription a week in advance. Still not ready. Save your self some time and go elsewhere.

The last two experiences with this pharmacy has been awful. My first started with me trying to call my prescription in over the automated refill line and was told I didn’t have anymore authorized refills on file. (Which I know I did) So I tried to call the pharmacy and waited on hold for over 35 mins to speak to someone and the girl who answered was rude and kept telling me I needed to contact my Doctor bc I didn’t have anymore refills. It has been a very stressful time for me medication called in for my daughter and the pharmacy folks not all helpful giving a raft of crap. Doctor office did prior authorization for the. Med but pharmacy will not call the help desk for Maryland physicians network keep saying they sent back to dr and they will not do what was told by DSS that they have tocall because sr did electronically and also faxed In the prior authorization pharmacy folks will not call and have now hung Up on me 3 times going to go to new pharmacy and I have 4 kids that get meds at cvs

My nephew is up visiting for the summer and his medical cards would not work out of state. We spoke with the folks in the pharmacy and they were able to find a way to get his meds down from having to pay $200.00 to $11.00 for 2 prescriptions. Very friendly staff and would recommend stopping by for all needs medical needs. Thanks again cvs for your help.
