The employees at the LaVale, MD CVS are very helpful and courteous, as are the employees at the Keyser, WV, CVS. These are the only CVS Stores I frequent. They are both clean and well stocked. I have no complaints.

I love this store! it is always well stocked with any items I might be looking for. Great that you get all kinds of coupons and also specials like two items for the price of one. Workers are friendly and helpful and especially cashiers.

On 11/3/24 I shopped at CVS in Lavale, MD. While shopping I noticed a lovely young lady arranging and stocking shelves. She approached me and asked if she could help me, at which time I vented to her about my anxiety, and she patiently listened to me, gave me some advice, and took me down an aisle and showed me an herbal supplement that she said should help with my stress. She then processed my purchase. I recently went back to the store and bought a couple more bottles, because these pills really worked!! I feel GREAT!!! This girls name is LAUREN and she is definitely a valuable asset to this store. She could be a PSYCHIATRIST or PSYCHOLOGIST. I recommended her for a CHRISTMAS Bonus, a PROMOTION, and a PAY RAISE!!! This person does an OUTSTANDING Job and takes pride in her work!!!

I called to see if my prescription was at this pharmacy by accident and the nastiness of the person answering the phone was appalling. I have no idea how they stay in business!

Ari, pharm tech was super helpful, fast and enjoys her work front facing customers!
She had an effervescent personality and does the entire team from the Pharmacy to the floor team.
The entire crew makes you feel welcome.

I placed an online photo order for some foldable cards, and when I went to pick it up, Lauren at the front cash register was attentive to when someone was in need of help, despite having her back turned.
I noticed that my cards didn’t come with envelopes, and I went back inside and found Lauren quick to come to my rescue, attentive as always. My interaction with her brightened my day, as she gave me an extra envelope in case I made a mistake and she even apologized for the inconvenience.
I left CVS feeling like Lauren is an inherently good person who would treat anyone who enters the store with kindness. Lauren deserves recognition and I hope she gets it.
