I made a simple return for an Amazon package however I received a really nice discount coupon for the store. The store is always very clean and well presented and has fair prices and it's a must to look for sales and coupons to really save some money and be competitive. Always a very nice staff.

I just got off the phone with Kohls. Today was the second day I have been trying to talk to someone both online and by phone. I explained that the community I teach in was flooded and my classroom was destroyed. My room was full of Kohls Cares books and stuffies. First the Lavale store said they couldn't do anything because it would come out of their pocket. Then I was just told by corporate that they can't do anything. I think it is ridiculous. Isn't that the purpose of Kohls Cares? I spent hundreds over the years collecting them and my students loved them.

The store was clean and well organized. I shopped in the boys section. I found a lot of good buys plus had several brands to choose from. The Kohl's cash was a nice bonus!
