I was looking for propane heaters for the home, but couldn’t find them. Chuck in cabinetry and appliances was very helpful and found a heater that was what I was looking for on line. There were none in stock, but he printed off the item with specifications. He told us about in home estimates in case we were interested. We appreciated his help! Meanwhile, my husband had talked to an employee named Guy who showed us what was in stock and discussed the different heaters that were in stock. We did not make a decision right then because we are still deciding what we want to do. We appreciated the help from Chuck and Guy.

Every employee I spoke with was very helpful and polite. The man working in the parking lot was very helpful with loading my trash cans in my car and helping me tie down my hatch so I could make it home and not make another trip up there. Thank you for the great customer service!

This store always has what I need in stock. Once in a while I had to look for someone to help me. Other than that, the store is clean and organized.

This is in reference to the contracted delivery service which is very poor. My mother bought a refrigerator here, the delivery people showed up with the WRONG refrigerator and claimed it was too large to fit through the door, which is false, the one they brought was the same size as the one already in use. Then they claimed that a plumber was need to install a faucet for the refrigerator. (also false_ Then they failed to take the refrigerator back putting my mother at further risk of letting unknown people into her home. On top of this Lowes is holding her money for TEN DAYS and charging for all these fees which would not have been needed if they had only sent the refrigerator that was ordered. Contracting delivery to third parties is not a safe nor acceptable practice. And people should be advised to not purchase any appliances at this particular Lowes.
