“I had someone send me a motherboard that had Bitlocket on it and messed up my build. After a week of trying to figure it out for myself(I have been building custom computers since 2000 as a hobby) I took it to Sean Cooper and in a matter of a week I found out that they shipped me a bad motherboard and that my hard drives became encrypted. Sean took the time to get everything back to the systems original operating capability. He could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars but only charged me 80 bucks. He did a excellent job will be taking my computer maintenance and needs to Shawn from now on and recommend anyone who is having problems with your custom builds do the same.”

“Absolutely an incredible team!! My daughter and I needed new phones so we went in to the store located in the Country Club Mall. They were busy but everytime an employee would walk by they acknowledged us and said someone would be with us as soon as they could. We had Jacob help us and he was great!! Very patient in explaining everything to me but the best part was how he talked with my daughter who is autistic!! He listened and had conversation with her and really made her feel comfortable. That is very much appreciated from a parent of a child with a disability. The store manager, Clint, is also wonderful. What a team he has built. I hope AT&T realizes what an asset this team is. When I walked in I wasn't even sure I wanted to stay with AT&T but after dealing with Jacob and Clioni I absolutely knew I did. Thank you both”

“I seriously can not say enough good things about the store manager Kate! We have been T-Mobile customers for two years now for the 5G home internet. We was having issues with our gateway being out of date. I contacted care team on the phone and they instructed me to go to the nearest T-Mobile store to swap my Gateway. I first went to the Cumberland Maryland store and they was trying to charge me a 45 dollar shipping fee to return the gateway to T-Mobile. Even the customer care online said no fees. I contacted LaVale T-Mobile and Kate ensured me that no fees would be charged to swap out the gateway modem. I quickly left the Cumberland Store and went to LaVale. Kate was outstanding and one of the best customer service employees I have ever experienced. She is personable, friendly, and gets things done! She is an excellent store manager. I will never visit the Cumberland store again. They not only tried to charge me a fee but they activated lines on my account for multiple home Gateways without my permission. Avoid the Cumberland MD T-mobile at all cost! LaVale is definitely the best! Kate Rocks!!”
