Why do I have to be the only person standing in a store with 2 other customers waiting to check out and listen repeatedly as the copy clerk yells for the clerk that they have customers? No one showed so I walked out. Guess Amazon will get my $55 and not Staples…again.

I would really like the regional manager to get this location in order. It seems like they're always short staffed or disorganized. I utilize this location for printing for work-related matters. I understand if they can't print and complete while I'm there. But when I drop off items at 9:00 a.m. and come to pick it up at 3:30 p.m. I expect them to be done and ready. Now I have to plan to make another trip out to La Vale from Accident, or cancel it altogether. I chose the latter. I'm not going to give a company my money when they're inefficient. I will take it to the Staples in Morgantown where they can get the work done.
The icing on the cake is that the employee made it seem like I was inconveniencing her when I came to pick it up at 3:30. She mentioned that the earlier shift left it for her and it was on her to do list and it would take a long time for her to do it if I wanted to wait. With that I said just cancel it. To which she replied you can't wait an hour!? I almost lost my mind. No I can't wait an hour I've been waiting all afternoon for it.

Print center is always a mess and dysfunctional, printers don’t work half the time and the lady is always rude. Every time I send an order to print, I go pick it up at the time it says it’s ready and they always act surprised and get an attitude when they say they will “start it” and I have to wait. This is probably the worst Staples I go to and I use Staples a lot.

I think Staples in LaVale is adorable and has a great vibe for a retail chain Office Supply store. Only one recommendation for improvement might be if they would have a coffee/tea dispenser and small cozy sitting area that builds on the office space vibe, perhaps near a books section. The one star deduction is an unpleasant alarm was triggered while attempting to look at the iPads. (Embarrassing!)

Every year I buy supplies to donate bookbags and these stores limit their supplies "sometimes " ,I'm so sick of always trying to do something nice or give back it's always someone trying to stop you and the stupid thing about it is limit is only for 1 day,is dumb,but today at this location the manger who didn't even speak to me,the young black lady,but spoke to the older white man, but then he started to argue with me at the register and said you can come back tomorrow to buy more ,like really sir ,for all that you could have made two separate transactions, I'm so sick of these racist,one year no limit, next year it is a limit stores

Great employees but the internet connection in the Lavale Md is very slow. Ap is very hard to access in the store. Pricing is not competitive

It was so easy to order online then go when it was ready and pick it up. I walked in and walked out in 5 min.
