Richard and David deserve more than 5 stars! Richard did an amazing job helping me get set up with my own t-mobile plan and getting me the new iPhone 17. While Richard was helping me, David helped my family get 4 new phones and he did a great job. Everyone knows going to the phone store is usually a time consumer but all the employees helped each other to get us out the door at a decent time.

I've had a contract phone with US cellular for over a year. They sold me on a contract as an upsell with the wording that my bill would be nearly the same. I am now paying over $25 more the first line and not getting credits on the rest. I reached out to the store who told be to contact 611, who told me to contact the store and repeat. Awful company.

Thank goodness for ty.
I went to the one in Cumberland they said my phone I wanted to switch to wouldn't work. Went to this store and ty made it happen. He was sweet , he would explain what was going on . Anyone going up there ask for ty!

Purchased a new iPhone and watch 3 weeks ago. Avery was so patient and helpful! He showed me how to use my new phone and explained the differences between my 7 year old phone and new phone that when I left the store I was comfortable using my new phone. He took his time and just couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. Exceptional customer service! Thanks so much!

Every associate here is top notch. They are very friendly and attentive. Whatever you need, you will be given service with a smile, and you will walk out satisfied. My phone just need software update, which takes two hours and I could have done it alone, but I like these guys. Hanging out for a couple of hours in their welcoming and professional environment, while sharing inside jokes with people who truly care about giving excellent customer service made the time fly by. Thanks, y'all. You rock!

The associate who helped me was Tyrone. He was super sweet and funny, the best worker there, and very easy to make conversation with. He explains the deals and best options for you immaculately and easily to understand. Would recommend.

My price is always fluctuating. I go in to get it straight, they give me back everything they over charged me and then tack half of what they took back on and say its because they switched “my plan” in the middle of the month. This is supposed to be the plan that is cheaper… so how am I owing more?!! Its been 4 months and I still am not being charged what I was told it would cost in store originally. I have had to go into the store every month. I actually miss breezeline. Even though their price went up, their bill was always consistent until promos came off and their service was more reliable. Uscellular’s bills literally dont even add up. Unsatisfied!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a us cellular store. 20 minutes until they closed. We simply wanted to remove a line from our account after paying off the device. Refused to even try to help us and was VERY rude .

Ask for itemized reciepts before signing anything. They will say accessories are free and included, but then bill you $100 over your agreed to bill.

Absolutely, horrible customer service. Told me I had to drive all the way to keyser after I did found out that I didn't need to AND paid my phone off and they wouldn't help me get on MY OWN PLAN had to call keyser and get them to help me out
