It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“Best car wash experience I've ever had. It's obviously pricier than a normal car wash, but my small SUV (Mazda CX5) was cleaner than when I bought it originally. Service was quality too, texting me updates on when I could pick it up. If you want to COMPLETELY clean the interior (and exterior, but I mostly cared about the inside), this is the place.”

“I went to HALLSTAR Tint for a full vehicle tint removal to pass my Maryland state safety inspection. I went in at 4pm on a Thursday and it seemed like they were only working on one vehicle at a time, but the wait was very short even though I didn't call ahead or anything. The tint removal cost $120 and took about an hour. The whole process was very straightforward and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A couple of regulars came in while I was waiting and I got the impression that they have a loyal clientele. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend their tint removal service!”

You can add on interior cleaning or do it yourself at the self service lane with well functioning vacuum-cleaners. Large territory. Clean. Friendly staff. It’s been a bit busy lately so be ready to be patient because you may have to wait. While you do, talk to the attendant who zips around on a scooter making sure everything is running smoothly. He’s a riot!”

“The pros: overall they get the job done and it’s a nearby neighborhood location with decent pricing.
Cons: there’s little quality control so you have to inspect and ask them to clean places that were missed. The window cleaning is the worst. Just be firm and they will address the issues.
It’s also difficult knowing how to enter given it changes without signage or an attendant giving instructions. If you enter the “wrong” direction of the day you ending waiting in line twice.”

“Hard to beat for used tires and tire service. After being disappointed/ripped off by a neighboring used tire shop I took a chance on M&E and was not disappointed.
Friendly service, more than fair prices and actually takes some pride in the work unlike many similar shops.
Can't recommend enough. Hopefully I won't be back myself any time soon but I'm definitely telling others to check them out.

“I am so thoroughly impressed by the service that I got today. I paid $60 for the doctor wash detailing service and the attention to detail in the wash and wipe down of my car was next level. Not even considering that the price was amazing for what they did, but the quality itself was top-notch. I’ve had other car details that had forgotten the crevices between the doors and the trunk so when I saw the crew wiped down every single little corner, I was so happy! I was pulled in very quickly and was finished within 45 minutes! Highly recommending this location and business!”
