Listen. 15-20 min wait on a Saturday morning around 10am-ish plus nice employees? 5 Star. They were also sweet to my 5 yr old and had coloring books to keep her entertained, but wasn't needed much because of how quick they were. I don't normally do the maintenance as my hub takes care of it but was in need of it bad and it was in route. They had all of the car's info so I didn't even need to do much but confirm the services I wanted based on the history. Anything that is speedy with good customer service, I'm all in.

They are very bad people , the staff treats you badly, and they close before the time it says there, I arrived at 6:30 pm and they didn’t want to attend me, when their schedule says that they close at 7pm

Took my car to get an oil change today, without an appointment, and they got me in and out quickly! The team present this morning was amazing, great customer service, friendly! Will definitely return to this location just because of how nice and efficient this team was!

The team was very quick and efficient and they have excellent people and customer service skills. There were 5 cars ahead of me, and I was in and out within about 30 to 35 minutes. I thought that was incredible.

This place is horrid went in to have a high mileage oil change to having to replace my alternator something extra was done to my car and manager told me it was in my head my car had a little squeak in my timing belt after i left the shop the squeak was gone granted the gesture was nice but it cause damaged to alternator whatever was done the manager insisted it was in my head that they did something to my car when i know for sure they i had no lights on my dash the next day i got all these lights popping up. I’ve been going to jiffy lube for years in district heights never had a problem til i came to this location 69$ oil change turned in a 465$ replacement of my alternator don’t go here they do not and will not accept accountability for anything and just tell you it’s in your head

Great service, friendly service workers and they allowed me to stay in my car. Most places escort your car and I secretly hate that. Hands down one of my favorite locations. They also don't try to aggressively upsell you on other items.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

As a Master repair specialist, I’m more than certain the entire service checklist wasn’t completed. I requested to see my oil filter after the oil change they were very reluctant to provide me with the item.Example: The service checklist has a line item, check wiper blades, they weren’t checked nor was the cabin air filter, etc. I’m dissatisfied with the level of service that was provided.Question: I paid for a full synthetic oil change, and my oil arrived in a Yellow container without a label or was given assurance I was given the correct type of lubricant.I wasn’t asked for customer information!
