Simple...reserved unit online for today, went to office this morning to get access code etc. When I came back after running some errands, I discovered that the latch mechanism for the livk was busted. I was going to fix it. Since that unit was scheduled to get a new door, he moved me into a 10x15 drive up two doors up from my smaller unit. It worked out perfectly. The property is very well maintained with the caretaker/manager living on the property.

Yeah, this is one of the best Storage I’ve ever come across since my five years in business ever since I met these people I have no issue with them even when I forgot to lock my storage. There will always lock it up for me and call me to remind me to come by with a lock and lock it up. Thank you guys very much for your kindness. I will recommend you to anyone who is in need of a storage thank you

Been here for years and have never had any issues with the service. Rates can’t be beat compared to other storage facilities in the area. Definitely recommend.

Not satisfied with the customer service
From the staff. Keep paying tomuch for something I wasn't well sensitized off. I have spent more money than the initial rent we agreed upon. Am so so disappointed.

Mini u storage in Landover Hills is one of the best storage in pg county,for the past 7 years that I rented a unit with them,there is no single incident of property theft, there units are safe and secure and there staff are wonderful people and friendly, most especially Andre,Arnold and Mrs Kathy, I referred 5 people to this office and everybody is telling me this same thing, nice doing business with Mini U Storage.

They tell you one proce them when you get your bill its not what they tell you, they charge fees like no other.
