Dr. Deborah and staff was awesome. They were extremely busy yet effective, awesome customer service and the wait time wasn’t as long as a hospital would have been. Wait time was 30-45 mins and the room was full! Amazing service. Well done staff and Dr. Deborah!

The staff is nice & provides great customer service. One improvement would be to give patients an option to lay down because it's going to be a minute.After waiting 3hrs, the Dr. spent all of 5 mins with me. You have ...& here"s the meds. No instructions on sanitizing, quarantining, preventing reinfections, etc. This is very important especially with covid & pink eye.I had to ask questions in hallway because Dr. never came back as they said.I also had to ask Dr. to resend one prescription because pharmacy didnt get it. We went back/forth for a minute.Do better!

Very detailed interaction and thorough appointment. I interacted with Nurse Blessing and she had an amazing bedside manner. I would come back for medical care in the future if necessary.

I was very please with how clean the place is every time I go there. I never wait more than 5mins before someone sees me. Diagnosis is always on point. Their medication works and checkout is easy!Very Pleased

??It was ok.I understand that Patient First is for "URGENT" care. However, I was disappointed that it took me SO VERY LONG, 2.5 hours, and lack of clarity from each of the staff along the process (from the "check in" to the "Vitals Intake" to the "Examination Room"), as far as which tests are offered and what I was requesting, for Covid-19 Tests (Not Requiring a Physician?). ?However I was very pleased with the politeness and friendliness of the staff. ?Though the paper towel dispenser did not seem to work, I was impressed on the cleanliness of all the facilities. ?I was especially shocked to find the phone chargers in the Examination Room (especially since my phone battery was about to die, during the extensively long wait). ?Maybe someone should consider having some chargers in the waiting area. PS, I must have also misunderstood, as to when I should receive the results from Saturday's PCR Test (I thought I was told, that I would have received it by now. Monday and still not results?) [If possible, please explain.] ?Overall I give it a thumbs up.??

I didn't feel valued.The physician didn't really show care, she was very brief.However I got great service from the receptionist and the tech.I may excuse the physician, may be she had been busy all day, probably I was her last patient.On a lighter note, a pillow for the bed will be helpful for your patients. I had to fold my coat to use as a pillow while waiting for the physician.Thank you.

bad service they have bitter doctorsand very angry I won't visit again they left me waiting for an X-ray until today I don't know what I have and because I paid they confused mewith another malicious patient

This is my visit to this place. They treated me well and nice. Just consider that the wait can be long. From start to finish was 3 hours. If you set aside that, this place is good, clean, and nice.
