My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”

“Excellent repair shop. Highly recommended. We had to have 2 doors replaced and they did a flawless job installing them and 'feathering' / matching the paint of the entire vehicle. There were also unforeseen and finicky issues with some of the parts from the used doors (our car is a 2002 Highlander, and had some very old and niche mechanical issues), but the team at New Design didn't back down and (amazingly) figured it out. “I went to HALLSTAR Tint for a full vehicle tint removal to pass my Maryland state safety inspection. I went in at 4pm on a Thursday and it seemed like they were only working on one vehicle at a time, but the wait was very short even though I didn't call ahead or anything. The tint removal cost $120 and took about an hour. The whole process was very straightforward and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A couple of regulars came in while I was waiting and I got the impression that they have a loyal clientele. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend their tint removal service!”

The quality of the mechanical repairs was outstanding. My car now runs like new, and the performance is back to its peak. The paint match was perfect, and there isn't a single trace of the previous damage.
