04/01/2025-I have not been inside Marshall’s since Covid 2019. I dropped in to browse the aisles and unwind, looking shoes, a 👗 dress or outfit to perform in, and pants for office wear! I found the same trendy clothing and styles in Marshall’s to reflect the same merchandise inventory to match Burlington’s! Now I did notice that the prices at Burlington were a little bit more affordable for my pockets. * Same style dresses and all. I enjoyed my browse! I ended up buying a pair of light blue rewash, classic rise A Line blue jeans! *$19.99 and some herbal teas! I am excited! I enjoyed myself-browsing! I had fun, a good wholesome fashion experience!

my experience was terrible the male attitude at register 1 was absolutely terrible. Greeted us horrible and tossed my items on the register. I asked if my glass cups can be wrapped and he tossed me the paper. He looked very upset and the manager was as well. I don’t recommend coming to this Marshall’s at all !!!!

Marshalls had a clearance sale on the day we visited. There were some really great deals, if the items can fit you. However, I could not find a shoe over size 20 anywhere in the store... Not one.

Came through the line around 5:35 p.m. on July 15 2024 to buy a shirt for my grandson. Two girls behind the counter were talking very loud.. I began singing loud to let them know how loud they were. When the half bald old guy was about to ring me up, I asked him about that.. his response was that Marshalls doesn't pay them that much so they have to do something to have fun. I responded that since I, as a customer, pay the corporation to pay him, I have to take a second opinion of that bratface come back and decide if I want that item. I told him although Marshalls is like a beautiful wedding cake, his attitude was like flies on the wedding cake. He didn't apologize.. he just said 'well you can do what you want to do.' And I responded 'yeah you can keep your flies.' This is why Ai and machines are replacing you. I feel like I'm in the dog on Twilight Zone. It's rare that you can find any conscious great service in this dum dum City and I am definitely moving.
Stores that are known for great customer service can't even get good employees over here. This place is a joke

I came to this location at night the cashier was on FaceTime talking to her friends very rude bad customer service I can’t believe this sad generation these young adults have no respect no good customer service, no people skills. It’s just sad to see.
