Please stay away. They prey on those who need transportation but are unable to buy based on limited income or poor credit. The rent to own program is a farce to steal your money since the cars they have are all old with high mileage and in various stages of disrepair. These folks are there to take advantage of their own people. Please stay away.

BEWARE!!! This place will steal your money by charging your credit card without permission. When they do so, they will not provide you any documentation regarding the payment they stole. Im in the process of filing a complaint for fraud now because they charged my ex-girlfriends credit card over $1000 without permission which were spread over the course of multiple payments.

Don't not rent from this raggedy low budget fake rental car place the owner Charles is a fraud they will trick you out your money and give u a messed up car they got from the auction for $400 and then try to sell it for $5000 I wish I can give them no stars my lawyer will be in touch soon they came and took my car away why I was pregnant and sick because of one missed payment which was a day late after I put down $2000 for the rent to own program they are scams and not to mention the car was a 2008 Ford Fusion with 190,000 miles on it

This is in response to Pierre. In all honesty my brother will not respond to your BS because he is a Christian. It must really bother you that he pays you no mind because you simple will not stop. I on the other hand... God is still working on me (lol). On behalf of my family, please go find something else to do with your time. Surprisingly you failed to mention that you were fired from the company over 5 years ago due to stealing and making unwanted advances toward women. As a matter of fact, women did not like coming to the office (myself included) when you were there because you are creepy. You are obsessed with my brother and should seek counseling. It is pathetic that a person of your age (I refuse to call you a man because you act like a child) has nothing better to do with his life than stalk my family.

I am a former employee. The owner C.E.Parr is a liar and a thief. Actually he is not the actual owner(remember he is a liar). He says he is, but the company is actually owned by his MOMMY. Her name is Yvonne Parr. He proclaims to be a "Christian" BUT DON'T BELIEVE A WORD ABOUT HIM BEING CHRISTIAN!!! I have witnessed him steal from, and lie to customers repeatedly. Also he was taking money from employees pay supossedly to pay their SSI, local and state taxes.......BUT DID NOT SEND AND MONEY TO ANY OF THESE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. The review on this site w/ 5 stars is from him(the owners son). Also the two other people who gave five(5) star reviews are from people who work for C.E.Parr(owners son). The other five(5) star review is from "S. Parr" who is C.E. Parr's SISTER. Do not believe that, ANYONE AT ALL, would give them a good review, without being paid or related. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM AGENCY!!!!!

RUN!!!!! DONT NOT RENT from this company they are crooks. The car I rent broke down on a Saturday and was stuck on the side of the road while the office was closed. no refund or apology offered as well. The cars are old and damaged and unfortunately you dont get what you see online.

If I could give them a negative I would! NEVER I REPEAT NEVER BUY OR RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I've been renting a car from them for over 2 months with on time payments on a raggedy Chrysler 300 which had over 180,000 on it. Was thinking about buying it and fixing it up since the front end was gone, front windshield cracked significantly, side molding gone, check engine light on, front light out, gas float broken (no indication when you're out of gas) horn broken, . So I figured I'd should get a good deal on it right? No they told me they want 10,000 for a 05 Chrysler 300 with 180,000+ miles an ALL thoughs problems so I said no an still rented. I came down with the flu an went to the hospital came back an they repoed the car an my payment wasn't due until the next day. An when is it legal to rent out a vehicle that can get you pulled over immediately by the police right when you leave. An the owner is beyond incompetent! After taking the car with my belongings an me contacting them letting them know that the car was takin wrongfully an It was imperative that I get the car an belongings back today so I can go to work in the morning. The owner claimed to have retrieved the car but told me I would have to pick it up at there Lanham office, when he called me back which was 12 am (next day) an said it was up there so I found a ride to there an the car wasn't there due to that it messed me up with work.... TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE OWNER DOES IS LIE AN VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Worst place to do business with, they lie about the price, the cars are old and beat up, try and over charge you for a used broken down car and then give you horrible customer service. Stay, better yet run far away from them.
