Very disappointing experience. I’ve always loved shopping at At Home, but unfortunately I won’t be returning after this.
I’m currently in the middle of a move and took time off work, rented a U-Haul, and drove nearly two hours round trip from my new apartment to make this purchase. I spent over $1,300, only to discover once I got home that one of the nightstands was broken.
When I contacted the store, Carl advised me to reach out via email as At Home would either replace the item or find another way to make it right. That has not been my experience. Despite explaining multiple times to email support that I no longer have a car or any reasonable way to transport the item back to the store, I was offered no solution other than bringing it back myself.
For boxed furniture—especially an item that cost $230—customers should be allowed or encouraged to open and inspect it before leaving the store. Had I known this was damaged, I would never have taken it home.
Overall, the lack of flexibility and customer support has been extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping here again.

I had a great experience today at the Glenarden location. Carl, Mike and the entire staff were pleasant and very helpful. Even through the holiday chaos, I was handled patiently and politely. Thank you! I will be returning.

Everything you need to decorate your home at the right price. This is a large and organized home decor store. They have seasonal decorations available. I purchased these good quality rugs and a shower curtain. The store wasn't crowded. Quick check out process. I'm happy

Wasted nearly an hour round trip coming here. I realize it's a home good store primarily, but I was hoping I might find at least some decoration for my office. There was really nothing much, just a couple of items. One of them was a plant that I liked, but it was $300, and not nearly worth that. Another was a small drink table that I liked, But the top was crooked and nobody was around in the store to help me figure out if they had any inventory so I gave up on that. Then I went back to where the plants were, found a smaller plant that I picked up and started to put in my cart, but the associate in the store was walking away with my cart to put it up. I just gave up and left.

I did find a couple of things there that I liked but I Don't Know you can spend a lot of Money unnecessarily. I will tell you that but I did find 1 or 2 items that I felt were reasonably priced. Some of it not very reasonable price to me. But what I noticed is some of the furniture items like tables and things Chairs, some of those same things are in tj, Max, and home Goods... And the prices are pretty comparable. Their sales are really good sales. They had a couple of things if I needed and wanted something right? We're 50% off, which is a really good deal. But I had not been to a at home store before and was trying to see if I saw some of the things online in that store. At the price I saw online and I really didn't.But they do have a beautiful selection of shower curtains.

This location need to change their website hours. It says you close at 9:00pm on Sundays and yet the door has a sign that says 6pm.

Lots of products but many are way over priced for the low quality they seem to be.
The worst part though was when the employee checking us out, she suggested we just leave (after shopping there for 1.5 hours picking out stuff) because she didn’t want to honor the price of one of their items because it didn’t have a barcode on it. We ended up showing the employee where the price was posted and she did honor it. But the escalation of “oh we’re pretty sure it said it was this much” to “well you can just leave all this stuff and get out” was CRAZY!!!! Will never ever ever ever ever return because of that awful staff member.

The store is huge, but the checkout is only in front, but store has two entrances. Not much help in the store, you gotta find help or go up front. Security at other entrance, about time. You could just walk out the door. Got some nice purchases 🤗 lots of options!
