“I recently replaced my passenger side mirror and I had a pleasant experience. I came in Friday afternoon for an estimate and by the next day, the mirror was replaced. It matches the exact color of my car and no one can tell from looking at it that’s it’s not the original. It also has the same features as before all at an affordable price. I’d return for any further issues in addition to recommending.”
“I was rushing to get an oil filter that I needed for the next day and caught them a few minutes before closing. (Which I highly dislike being that type of customer so I was already dreading the flustered stares and sighs). My experience was completely the opposite ?. Eric at the Lanham, MD location was pleasant, professional and rung me up, (even joking around with me). “I have been going to DARCARS Lanham Kia since I purchased my vehicle in 2016. I'm sad that this is my first review. Every time I come here, they are friendly, efficient, and they resolve my issue quickly. I've had recalls performed (for free of course) that I didn't know were due. My kids broke two of my seatbelts and I was getting the one in the back replaced (for free under warranty). The front one was not replaceable for free because I had to cut it when my daughter wrapped her leg up in it and I couldn't get her out any other way. They replaced the broken one in the front by mistake and did not charge me and they still replaced the one in the back for free. All of my rentals have been free because I purchased the extended warranty. They always give me a ride to Enterprise to get my rental and get me out in time to pick up my kids from school. They have not failed me yet. I will continue to come here for purchases, maintenance and repairs. Also, look out for specials. They can save you money as well!”

All are very friendly, attentive and really care about your vehicle. I am very pleased with the service and the completed work is perfect; color matched perfectly, no flaws in the paint and my car looks like new. I couldn't be more satisfied.
