“I was referred to this shop by the gentlemen at Macs Tire Service. I filled out the quote request form on their site and it was under $300 to replace my windshield so I made an appt. Safelite repairs was much more expensive when I received a quote. My appt was today at 1pm and they were finished by 2pm. Aaron the manager was very polite and professional. I am so grateful!”
“Came to get my car assessed bc the engine light came on. They were not only willing to allow the drop in for my Mercedes, I was able to go back home and bring my Tahoe to be evaluated, also.
Moreover, every staff member was/is super pleasant and professional! They not only gave their assessment, but gave scenario options for this lay-woman to make a sound decision for myself. The evaluation was thorough in itself with many detailed and clear provided pictures of the work. I was not pressured into doing any of the suggested work. “I recently replaced my passenger side mirror and I had a pleasant experience. I came in Friday afternoon for an estimate and by the next day, the mirror was replaced. It matches the exact color of my car and no one can tell from looking at it that’s it’s not the original. It also has the same features as before all at an affordable price. I’d return for any further issues in addition to recommending.”

“I have been going to DARCARS Lanham Kia since I purchased my vehicle in 2016. I'm sad that this is my first review. Every time I come here, they are friendly, efficient, and they resolve my issue quickly. I've had recalls performed (for free of course) that I didn't know were due. My kids broke two of my seatbelts and I was getting the one in the back replaced (for free under warranty). The front one was not replaceable for free because I had to cut it when my daughter wrapped her leg up in it and I couldn't get her out any other way. They replaced the broken one in the front by mistake and did not charge me and they still replaced the one in the back for free. All of my rentals have been free because I purchased the extended warranty. They always give me a ride to Enterprise to get my rental and get me out in time to pick up my kids from school. They have not failed me yet. I will continue to come here for purchases, maintenance and repairs. Also, look out for specials. They can save you money as well!”

Turns out it definitely could’ve and thanks to the gentleman he fixed my rim, changed the tire, and put that baby on my car in less then 15 minutes. He was very efficient and polite. “I was on a road trip and I needed gas, so I stopped at this location knowing how gas station were I thought it would have bad bathrooms and bad service. BUT it didn't the bathrooms were clean and I literally couldn't believe how good the service was and btw it had everything!!!! They also got a server center for ur car.”
