I came at 090.00 am, I waited > 2 hours for a color vision test that took <5 minutes to perform. When I asked about the delay, was told due to under staffing. Waste of time and reduced productivity.😢

It was too long of a wait. Checked in at 2pm and did not leave until 5:30pm. Just for drug screening and physical. To give a little help they was busy that day so I kind of understand but please try to fix that cause people do have other things to do.

My visit was for a pre-employment drug screening. Friendly and professional staff. Large waiting area and plenty of parking.

Place seems to have skilled, caring individuals, but the process could be improved, very slow. Took me 45 mins to an hour just to get a drug screening. I’ve walked in to other places with an electronic sign-in and was seen much faster with more people in the waiting room. Maybe it was because it was close to lunchtime, but people there before had still not been seen and I was on my way out.

Do not come to this location if you are expecting quick service. Please be prepared to wait over two hours to be seen.

The check-in process was pretty simple and very convenient as it was sent to your cellphone. I felt as though there should've been an option just in case someone may have had issues with their phone, although I didn't. After the check-in process to your phone was completed, there could have been a follow-up text as to where you were in line and how long you should expect to sit and wait. My total visit including wait time was 2 1/2 hours. Other than that, staff was friendly and professional. Thanks ?
