All items was damaged molded and ate on by mice and or rats it was unacceptable!!!! . When I first got the storage there was no light but they promised light which they did give later on but !! The whole storage facility was hot no air which made all items wet and molded

Dear Cube Smart Management
As a valued customer since September 9 2023 I am very disappointed in tripling my storage fees from $110 to $352 in 45 days. I had paid a storage payment on June 30th and I received notification on August 9th of $352 . I was under the weather for several weeks and moved. I called several times to speak to management I was told that management was not available on vacation to discuss my account. I have had other storage units in Columbia MD and never has my fees tripled in 45 days with late fees, liens. I had asked for an extension for payment due to being sick for several weeks and my moving but they did not consider any assistance. I have never asked for an extension this was my first time. But, being a valued customer for 2 years there is no consideration to help one time. No management to speak with . I had moved my storage from outside to inside because there was signs of rodents in the outside storage. I would appreciate a call from the management or owner to speak with a valued customer. Thank you

From the minute I entered Cubesmart, I was received warmly. Ms Deborah assisted me all the way. She was very patient with me , answered all my questions calmly, very friendly which made me sooo happy! I had intended to go find out about the place and compare it to the storage facility opposite but with the wonderful customer service shown to me by Ms Deborah I immediately settled for Cubesmart and paid for. Storage space. If every organization will have someone like Ms Deborah, they would grow very well cos not every customer representative is friendly, patient and willing to go into detail s with a customer. I would advise people who are looking for storage spaces to go to Cubesmart on Annapolis Rd, Lanham. Ask for Ms Deborah.

Dorthy and Ajae were amazing. The service, the professionalism, the interactions, readily accessibility and the pleasantness. I asked for information and the information was not only researched by this team. But Dorthy actually reached back to me in a very timely manner. They are examples of what, not only, Storage Managers should be but Managers period. Dorthy and Ajae, thank you all you have done. I hope Cube Smart appreciates have you all as managers.
