Typical I hardly ever write reviews (I just don’t deal with the company anymore lol…. But I was convicted to write one for this business) I’m a female and sometimes it can be quite difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic who’s not just trying to get over …. But let me just say….D&E AUTO IS PHENOMENAL!! Their knowledge is amazing!!!! They were a BLESSING to me in more ways than one! Clean waiting area… very welcoming atmosphere…. They are definitely a business you can trust and built on integrity and honesty ! The customer service I received was beyond amazing! D&E is a rare gem in auto service!!! I’m convinced that this is why their business continues to grow because of the values they stand on 💯 I’d give them a million stars if I could! I will now be a customer for life!!!!! My family broke down coming from chapel hill,NC to NYC on the Baltimore freeway. Elroy took us right in and quickly diagnosed the issue and got parts for the fix. We are a family from outside of Toronto on a time constraint vacation and Elroy was able to let us continue our journey while doing very thorough analysis and quality check to ensure we would make the long drive home safely. Wonderful person and quality professional. Thank you.

The best and most knowledgeable mechanic I’ve ever encountered. He’s been my mechanic for years now. He’s saved me thousands of dollars when my hybrid engine needed to be repaired and the dealer did not want to own up to the warranty. Highly recommend!Services: Transmission

Mr Elroy is a very trustworthy man. I feel at ease when I take my car for service. He has snacks for his customers while they wait, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I also appreciate him showing me what is wrong with my vehicle before the work has started.
