Do not recommend. I went here for a headlight replacement. I had an appointment. Granted, I showed up a bit late so not sure if that affected anything. But I waited 2 hours for an estimate, which they said they had the headlight bulb and it would be over $100. I asked if they could get it done quickly so I could make it to work. They said sure, in 15 min. 30 min rolls by and they come back and say they actually don't have the part. At this point, it was almost 3 hours since my arrival. Just think they could've checked out if they had the part the previous days when I had made the appointment or not taken me if they knew they would be busy. Went to a different dealership and got the same bulb put in for half the price too.

I would give it a zero if I was able to. This was my first time going to a dealership and my experience was a horrible one. I was sold a car with a bad engine and when I went up there to tell them, they treated me like I was nothing. As a teacher, I had to miss days away from my students because my car was non drivable due to their part. It was a surreal feeling and after trying to get it repaired, they told me 8k for a job that costs ony 2.5k to replace. Why is it my responsibility to replace an engine within 40 days of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. It's egregious what they did to me and how I was treated after the fact. To everyone, take your money and business some place else!

Literally walked around the store for five minutes, and minimum of seven employees walked past me, and not one asked me did I need any help. Extremely disappointing as I am looking forward to purchasing a 75k vehicle and this is a local business for me. I definitely would never return and never recommend this place. I have my suspicions of why I didn’t get any help but I’m not going to say what that may have been.

Darcars Ford Lanham is a place to instill your trust when it comes to their services and business as a whole. In fact my experience with them was awesome. The manager Mr F has a peculiar managerial skill that is real to fine. Sir I really appreciate the way you and your team treated me. Thank you so very much, I will remain greatly grateful.

I’ve purchased 3 cars from DARCARS and I had the worst experience at DARCARS Ford. The Chrysler dealerships are amazing but Ford is terrible. The people are great but do not for the life of you ever have Sean Germanian assist in the purchase. Selling a car that was reported stolen is ridiculous and not doing anything to reconcile it is even worse. To the point where I have to call the police…I wasn’t able to get tags/title until 5 months later. And this was only because of Farzad and Marcus working to figure out what the actual problem was. Thanks to them everything is now settled but this was definitely my last time purchasing a car from the DARCARS franchise.

Just from my personal experience, it is better to do negotiations and get a new vehicle from somewhere else. When trying to get a Mach E from there, they were not really willing to negotiate down prices to match some of Ford's price cuts. They told me it had something to do with their regional managers orders, but that wasn't the case in other dealerships I went to.When I went to Koons Falls Church in VA, I was able to get those price cuts on the EVs, a rebate, free charging rewards points, and extra incentives like a lowered interest rate (If I had waited for this dealer, I would have missed out on the 1.1 interest rate Ford had at the time). I even got some cilajet stuff thrown in for free, and that dealership went out of their way to trade cars to make sure I got the Mach E. They also communicated the entire time throughout the purchasing process.You are better off working with a dealer that will communicate and work with you. It makes the process smoother, and you feel less ripped off as the process plays out. After my experiences, I wouldn't really trust this place to service my car. It is just surreal when you go from working with one dealership to another one, and you see the huge difference in service and price negotiations.

First time getting a car, service was amazing! Jordy was such a big help too! Very polite and very good atmosphere as well. Good pricing and deals, or i should say very flexible with everyone, highly recommend to anyone!

One star because zero stars isn’t an option. The staff in the service department are incompetent and unprofessional. DARCARS set up an appointment for me to fix a small recall issue with my vehicle. My husband and I dropped my vehicle off the night before, filling out the drop off form and utilizing the drop box. He thought I was contacted about my vehicles completion and he thought I was. DARCARS was closed and we were unable to check the status. Expecting a call the next morning I waited until noon to call. The phone rang and rang. I hung up waited a minute and tried again. Same thing. I called a third time, the phone was picked up and placed on hold without someone on the other end uttering a word. (Apparently their standard practice.) After waiting on hold for at least 5 minutes someone answered. She insisted my vehicle didn’t have a VIN number and asked me if I could tell her. I assured her my vehicle does have a VIN number and I could probably dig it up, however she has my vehicle and could simply look. She was then confused by by the status of my car, it looked like no services had been rendered. I was placed on hold again. She came back admitting she has no idea what’s going on with my car and I’ll have to speak to someone else. She then begins talking to someone beside her about my vehicle and I can hear the other person tell her to put me on hold! I said do not put me on hold and asked to speak to the person I could hear beside her. He comes on the phone and is completely clueless. I came to the realization they hadn’t checked the drop box the day before. They had no idea my car is there! He says he’s going to call me back in 10 minutes. I called him back 4 hours later after not hearing from him. When he answered he said he was just about to call me back. Ha! He then tells me they do not have the parts needed. What?! You guys made the appointment! At this time my car has been there for two days! If I hadn’t called would you have called me? Needless to say, I picked my car up that evening. The following week my husband receives an appointment email from the service department. Against our better judgement we dropped our vehicle off again. My husband explains to the lady at the counter what happened before and asks if they now have the parts? He tried calling several times earlier that day, with no answer. She started out with your car doesn’t have a VIN number. Here we go again. She then said if they made an appointment of course they have the parts. The next day, after no phone call from DARCARS, my husband called them. After several attempts someone finally answered. He was then placed on hold while someone checked the status. My husband held for more than 10 minutes, before having to return to work. We never received a phone call back. After work my husband called again. We were informed they still don’t have the needed parts.

I had to pay for a service which I had previously paid for the same service before. Ford did NOT support the consumer however gave a lot of apologies. So I guess 5 stars for the smiles and -5 stars for the repeated service. Which equals a 0 star but you have to put at least 1 star to leave a comment. Also waiting for Ford to respond about the 1,000 dollars they hustled me out of for my other car. Ford used to stand for something and now it’s Fix Or Repair Daily. So disappointed.

Outstanding care and speed during our new purchase. Abu was the epitome of a professional. He had all the details needed and quickly moved us through the process. There was no delay for delay sake. This was the best auto buying experience I’ve had. Great job by the Darcars Ford team and especially Abu.

My car has been there for more than a month past the time for geico to cover my rental. Don't sign up for alerts because you will not get any. They're full of excuses. Kelly told me they couldn't reach me bc my phone couldn't receive messages??? No answer when I asked "why didn't ya'll call me then". The whole month I never received updates on my car. Kelly also left me on hold after I called to express my concerns to the manager. I don't think she ever spoke to the manager. This ordeal was beyond frustrating. Save yourself the headache.

Our Service Advisor was Bryanna. She was extremely attentive and helped calm down a very stressful experience.* Marian took the initial phone call and was able to get us scheduled for service.It’s this type of service that will keep us coming in for service as long we own Ford Vehicles!
