I took my 2023 Sportage in for service to check the hybrid system. At first, the advisor said it might take two to three days to run some tests. Steve kept saying that he was short on technicians and it could take a couple of days, or even a week. I asked him about a loaner car, but he said he had none for me. I came to pick my car up today because they were just keeping it there and doing nothing with it.
Steve then said I did not give him an opportunity to work on my car. Really, Steve? From October 8th until today, that's not enough time for you to have someone check my car?
And Steve, or someone monitoring this review, you better not delete my review again.

Stephen was awesome. He gave me a very detailed tour explaining every single feature in the car, he was a product expert through and through. He made sure the vehicle and financials were right for me and was very transparent throughout the whole process. To sum it up, it felt like I was buying a vehicle from a friend. I would recommend Stephen to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle, especially those looking for a fun, informational and straight forward experience.

In for routine maintenance, rude rep. Jamaiya took a friend of hers in before me even though I had an appointment. Jamaiya told me at 1230 my car would be ready before 130 then at 140 she said it would be another 45 min. Would not address 2 other issues that I asked about due to their lack of service personnel, call offs. Pathetic customer service and this is the last time at this dealer. I love the KIA brand but if this is the service from this providedt, I will take my business elsewhere. I would rather spend a day at the dentist.

My sister bought a 2020 Lexus ES350 from Darcars Kia Lanham, and within 3 days major issues showed up. The Bluetooth randomly cuts out, rotors are VERY rusted, and the tires don’t even match (Salient front, Michelin rear).
We were also stranded on the highway because we were given a spare and we only got one met and one wheel lock. The sales rep was respectful, but management needs to do better. Selling a car in this condition is unacceptable.

Ladies shop here! Treated with respect, low stress, and no sales gimmicks. Just straight forward pricing, excellent service, quick and easy. Felt cared for NOT sold to. My car was ready to be driven away, they took time to show me my car features and get me ready to drive way. They valued my time and me. Sales Consultant Evan Leigh, Stephen and sales managers Adel and Nav, and Chico in finance. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service from the manager Nav, my family came in to purchase a car and he was very rude. We wanted to purchase a brand new kia and all of the sudden he acted unprofessional, rude and he is the main reason why we didn’t purchase the car. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer as the manager does not care of the customers!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER!!!

Bought a new Kia. The process to get a car is like the sloth in Zootopia. Service is amazing however. Sales staff awesome. Christian, Dell, Russell are all great people. They got me hooked up amd out the door in a day. We had issues with registration and credit but with their help they got flour family in the road with a great deal great car and even better warranty. They have us for life.

10 of 10! I normally get me car serviced at this location and the staff have always been welcoming and responsive. When I was in the market for a new car, I went to several different dealerships to explore my options and of course went home overwhelmed! That same evening, I called the Lanham location and got there that same night! Purchased my car 5 days later.
I recommend this location over others because they listened to me! I was able to communicate what communication styles worked and did not work for me! As a result, I was not contacted several times a day. I was not pressureed to leave with the car when I was not sure I was ready. Also, they are responsive. Each time I emailed them, they answered within an hour! On the day of my purchase, I called the dealership back to back and they were sooooooo patient. They were informative and flexable!
Russell Dodd was my New Sales Consultant. He is the best! Shouout to the manager and finance manager as well. All really helpful and kind.
This is not a paid review! lol I was just happy with my experiece and love my new car!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service experience at this dealership. I purchased the vehicle maintenance package when I bought my car here just a few months ago, which includes the first 3 oil changes for free. Today was my first scheduled service — an oil change, tire inspection, and fixing a loose bolt (a defect on a brand-new car). My appointment was at 1:00 PM and I was told it would take about 2 hours. It’s now 5:54 PM — 5 hours later — and my car just now is ready. Based on the approval text I received, it looks like they only just started working on it an hour ago.
To make matters worse, I noticed a bubble in the front tire — again, this is a new car. I was told it’s not covered under warranty and that I’d have to pay out of pocket for a replacement. That feels unacceptable for a tire issue this early on.
What’s most frustrating is that I prepaid for the service package here, and now I’m locked into coming back to a place that clearly can’t manage appointments efficiently. I get the feeling that since I’ve already paid, they don’t feel the need to provide good service to keep my business. I should’ve saved the money — I could’ve gone to Jiffy Lube or Valvoline and been out in 30 minutes. Once I’ve used my 3 included oil changes, I definitely won’t be returning here.
