Im tired of going in there and the prices are never the same at the counter as they are on the tags. I went to the counter with some items in my hand and everything turned out to be more expensive than what it said on tag. When I told the staff all she said was “prices are changing” I get that but, change the tags so I’m not shopping blindly.

Not the traditional dollar store-more like the Latin version of the dollar store! Low prices! I went there to get trashbags & paper plates & found they did keys & I'd just moved here so that was helpful! They can cut a rug for about $12 if I remember correctly & I might go back for that bc my bathroom is now pretty small & I maybe could use a rug slice there.They have things to use for cleaning, party decorations - If you're in the area, stop by....

Even if you scan a product on their app to price check an item, they will not value the price on their own app and location. After several trips, and several calls to District Managers on different days, I decided it wasn't worth my time. They are only 2 miles away, but I drive to Crofton to get better service. Even the store Managers hands are tied. They will not or cannot adjust prices to match prices on their own.app. I always clip my coupons and make a list before going to store, and there is always an issue at the register with clipped coupons not coming off even if I scan all my items before placing them in my cart. I never had these issues when I lived in Upstate NY. IF there were issues the store Managers had the power to fix it if you showed them the price on the app or that a coupon didn't come. Very disappointed with the DG in Lanham. Several times I just counsel the entire transaction. I don't blame the cashiers. This DG and a couple of others, systems need to be updated or something. The question I always ask is "why have a manager in charge and never allow them to make any decisions.

I TRIED TO USE MY GIFT CARD & WAS TOLD NOTHING WAS ON IT. I CALLED SO THEY COULD HEAR BALANCE & WAS SHOVED OFF. I THEN HAD TO WAIT FOR MACHINE TO REBOOT. I ASKED TO USE OTHER REGISTER & THEY GOT SMART. AFTER CALLING THE GEN. MGR., I GOT ASSISTANCE. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

This store needs new management. Check your receipts.The price labeled is lower than what is charged at check out on almost every item. When I asked the clerk about it he said that the manager knows about the discrepancy but he still gets complaints all the time because of it. Also, I used to purchase one item in particular but now every time that I go it’s never in stock but the placement label is there.
