Please, whoever is in charge of this store, please pay attention to a young cashier, who takes out her anger on people who exchange a few words in Spanish in the queue. She is totally rude, and thinks that we are not understanding what she is saying just because she heard us say a few words in Spanish. She does not care what people in the store are talking about; and we do not care if she wants to know what we are saying and she cannot understand it. If that bothers her, she should change her job or learn SPANISH just like we did the work of learning ENGLISH… She said many insults against me; but out of respect for my daughter I had to handle the situation! This situation happened today, November 13, 2014.

I LOVE THIS DOLLAR TREE I DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN JUST TO COME TO THIS PARTICULAR ONE. THEY ARE ALWAYS FULLY STOCKED UP ON EVERYTHING EVEN THERE FOOD SECTIONS HAVE GREAT OPTIONS. I WILL ALWAYS TAKE THIS DRIVE AS LONG AS IT STAYS THIS WAY AND ITS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED NOT ALL RAN THROUGH LIKE MOST OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS.

I wanted to give this store 5 stars because of how clean and neat the store is kept but of course it was lacking in the customer service due to an older lady, I will have to go back to get her name. My mom and I were in the store, my mom was looking for wipes and I was looking for disinfectant spray so my mom asked for help— I didn’t. But when she saw me walk away from my mom she decided to point me in the direction of the wipes when I wasn’t even looking for it. I said I’m looking for spray and she said “Oh well that’s in the same area”, again pointing down but not saying an aisle number or giving direct direction. So I walked down to where she was pointing and she says “No right there!”, saying that I passed the aisle. Again she didn’t tell me which aisle she was just pointing down so there’s no way for me to know exactly where it would be. Then I walk into the aisle and she comes over and asks “What’s wrong with you? I’m going to have to give you a spanking” and points me to the few disinfectant sprays tucked at the back of a shelf. I understand she’s much older than me but I do not know that lady and she does not know me, that is not the way you should talk to a customer at all. She was very rude and I even told her that it was my first time coming into that store, how am I supposed to know where everything is? The interaction was very weird.

My favorite dollar tree in the area. Neat, organized and can easily find what I am looking for. Will make the drive to go to this location!! Keep it up dollar tree :)

I will be honest I have been waiting and waiting for this store to go down just like the rest of the Dollar Tree chains. But this one has not disappointed yet! Well stocked all the time, clean and very nice employees. Im definitely satisfied every time I go in here. Still hoping it stays this way! I actually hated posting a review for thinking i may jinx it? Maybe they need to circulate this manager around to other stores because whatever they are doing is working!

I finally got to come out to this location after waiting for the grand opening for the longest time and it has to be the best dollar tree location in the area with the best of the best everything.

bad attention, my 1 year old baby was trying to talk to me when the cashier silenced my son.. at first I thought she was joking and then my baby tried to ask me for a ball, she silenced him many times until I told her he was a baby and she kept commenting on ugly things about him ?.. I think her job is to get paid, not to give an opinion on whether my baby speaks or not... she was also scolding a child who was paid before my...Please put attention with your employees!! ..

I stop by this store I was looking for 100 champagne glasses and I saw a empty box I decided to put it one it because it’s a lot the manager come to me and told me. You can’t have it I gonna used I Asked nicely if she can provide me box an she told me NOT! You got it putting into plastic bags how. Glasses, they had I lot of box’s in the floor get ready for trash. She told me to put does champagne glasses back to the shelf and giving back her empty cartons box I can believe this manager. She make the store lose money. She clearly told me it is my trash!!
