I was contacted by a sales person named Carlos at this location. He continued to call me about purchasing a vehicle there. When I raised a concern that the prices seemed too high compared to other places I shopped, he began to talk over me and then rudely hung up in my face. Not an example of excellent customer service. Certainly will not buy a car here.

I love the way the sales consultants went the extra mile to make the sale complete within a very short period of time, however they must be given some liberty by Enterprise Management to give customers some sort of incentive as it relates to the price of the car before tax.

My cousin Steve visited Lanham Enterprise Car Sales in advance of my arrival, to help me find a car, where he met Ashley. We both agree, Ashley is the ultimate professional. Her attention to detail, her follow-up, the customer experience she gave us made it a delight to buy a car from Enterprise. If there is a bonus for representing the brand and the compay. She should get a million dollars. If the scale is 1-5, she deserves a 10.
In other words she should be the company president. I love my car! Thank you Ashley and Enterprise.

There is a representative here named Carlos who is absolutely amazing! Had to shout him out bc he has been finding every and all models I’ve been looking for and with the best specs. He is knowledgeable in car inspection certifications and why MD is the best place to get a car bc they’re so rigorous in order to pass a vehicle inspection before they can sell. Best place to look for a car hands down especially if he’s the one working with you. He’s vigilant at keeping in good communication while respecting your personal boundaries outside of car shopping. I’m a busy person and he only contacted me when it was convenient for me. His communication is brief and precise as well as professional. This man is a poster person of what customer service should be like in 2025! Hooray for Carlos and Enterprise Sales in MD ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Should have returned the car when I had the chance. Nothing but problems with the car. Now check engine light came on and off for 3 months to find out that there’s something wrong with the engine underboost which means something wrong with the turbo which cost a couple grand to fix. On top of that haven’t even had the car for 6 months. Ashley was great but everyone else sucked and they messed up doing my loan the first and second time. Poor communication. Having a lease wasn’t proof enough for where I lived. Ridiculous. After messing up my first loan my loan went up about 100$ a month. Will never recommend getting a car from here. Also will NEVER go back when needing another car. TERRIBLE.

Excellent experience with the Lanham, MD sales location! Ty was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, professional and gave me everything I needed to find the best car for me. Keenan was also a rockstar!!! He finished up the transaction with me and even helped transfer a packed minivan, ready for a cross-country move, to my new Ford Edge. Ty and Keenan had the absolute best personalities and definitely made me feel like a welcomed and valued customer. An excellent experience!!!!
