The personnel over Extra space storage on Martin Luther King Ave. in Lanham, Maryland, a very professional, helpful courteous. The location is always clean and neat and in the hours are very convenient. I highly recommend anyone looking for a storage facility to use Extra space storage. they even offered me a senior citizen discount that I was not even aware of.

Denia is the best part of this day!! We visited Cubesmart and Public Storage, but decided to go with Extra Space Storage because of cost and Denia. She sealed the deal by showing my husband and me excellent customer service. Keep her- a true star.

This was my first time renting a locker so I called the 888 number to have all my questions answered. First I spoke to Amy and then I spoke to Kimbery. Both ladies were very helpful, professionals and knowledgeable about the rentals. Kim was even able to get me a military discount when I mentioned I was a dependent. After she emailed my contract, all I needed was a passcode to move in. I arrived on a Saturday around 9:30am, since they opened at 9am. I was disappointed that thr door was locked and there was sign stating their return at 10am. Once Tanisha arrived, we reviewed my contract and I was given an access code. She answered all my questions about how to get to my unit and getting reimbursed since I bought my own lock. There were dollies available to use and that made my move-in quick. I had a great overall experience and glad to chose to rent at this location.

This location was absolutely excellent! The manager was kind, cordial, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She helped us get situated when we were having difficulty getting set up in the midst of a very arduous experience with moving. Kudos to you and your team!
