I’ve used this storage unit for well over a year since downsizing and constantly traveling between here and Europe. The location is convenient and the facility is up to par, for the most part. I’ve had a decent experience up until my last encounter which I did not appreciate the communication and nonchalant behavior from the staff. My main qualm with this place is the constant rent increases. The only solution I’m being provided with is to rent a new space in hopes of a change in pricing.

I have been very satisfied with my use of this facility. Janece on Forbes Ave. is very helpful. She is more than cordial she always greets you with a smile. Her presence is definitely comforting to me and I’m sure others well.
I can not do this review without giving Pedro his praises as well. The two of them love their jobs and it is evident with their mannerisms and willingness to help the customers. Thank you Janece and Pedro for your excellent customer service skills.
