Horrible banking process. If you go inside the bank, you should be able to quickly get the cash you need. Instead, you have to use the same process as outside. They never have enough people working and you wait forever. I’m about to change banks…after 30+ years with this bank.

Great credit union. They've been great, been banking here for years. And they issue my payroll deposit a day before Bank of America and 3 days before M&T/Truist.

The staff is Always professional, patient, courteous & knowledgeable. Have been a member since I lived in the DCM area since 2008. Moved to TX in 2010 and remain a member and does business because of the complimentary staff

Worst bank ever, I attempted to make a deposit through the ATM error occurred. My deposit didn’t register and machine keep my money. Went in bank and branch manager said I had to wait for the company that services the machine to come and check ATM and I would be credited. It’s been two weeks and nothing had to file a claim with my bank. Beware of their ATM’s in making deposits. I wouldn’t give any stars but had to, to leave a review.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They dont inform you about the "deadlines" and will be told something different every time you call. Applied for a car loan, credit was pulled 2x's. Can never get thru to anyone. Don't know how the doors are still open with this "bank".

Was approved for an Auto loan immediately online. I have had an account with them for over 10 years. My credit score is over 800. I was sent a text saying the loan officer sent me an email with more information. Its been 4 days now, and multiple on-line messages and still zero communication with a "Loan Officer" No wonder they have a 2.7 out of 5 rating. Take your business somewhere else. They have no clue how to run a banking or customer service business. Don't waste your time. The true tell of how they care or respond, is the fact that there is zero responses to any of these negative ratings. They simply don't care. Hey Fed Choice, prove me wrong!

They are the worst! I’ve been a member for over a decade now and I have reached my breaking point. How do you have a company wide credit/debit card outage for more than a week?! Right before the holidays?! Are you kidding me??? I haven’t been able to use my card for nearly two weeks and I am livid! Thank goodness I have another banking institution that I was able to transfer my funds to, otherwise I would’ve been SOL.

I have banked with FedChoice FCU for many years through all of their transition in ownership and name changes. I have not had any problems. The exception is reaching some by phone. I usual send an email and iI usually receive a response 24-48 hours, sometimes sooner. Their no fee checking is one of my favorite services that they provide.Also the 15 free withdrawals using billpay.At this point I have no dissatisfaction with their services.

I have been banking with fed choice for years, with little to no issues. However, the issues that I am currently experiencing are unacceptable. The card services has been shutdown for many days now, so members are unable to use their check cards/debit cards. I'm on vacation & this has caused a ton of problems, I'm unable to pay for hotel, food & uber because most of my money is in this account. Unfortunately, when I get back home I will be closing my account.

First of so you all won’t be confused my name is Jameisha B. I been with fedchoice for 16 years & literally it’s always something my mom been with them for over 20 plus years don’t bank with them they’re the worst it’s ridiculous now Veronica (spoke with her today as well) 11/29) needs to be retrained she’s doesn’t know what’s she’s talking about my number wasn’t never updated so fraud department put my card as stolen and she wanted to give me a third party number miss I’m a member why would I be calling anybody else other then FED CHOICE trust me if you wanna argue about your money or your account every time you call cause your questions are above these tellers knowledge bank here if you wanna never speak with a supervisor or get hung up on when asked to speak with one BANK HERE!!! I mean come on, Theresa she’s sweet she’s a bank teller I think for the Md location not sure she don’t play she knows her fed choice stuff Diana Dana whatever who helped me today 11/29 10am called back she made it happens whether she was faking good customer service or not she did good that’s customer service but for the new employees please! FED CHOICE IS THE WORST CREDIT UNION IN HISTORY PLEASE RUN THE ONLY REASON IVE NOT LEFT YET IS BECAUSE OF MY MOTHER SMH

I have a reoccurring transfer that no one seems to know how to remove. I get an error message when I try to remove the transfer (phone and desktop) myself so basically there is money still coming out of my external account going into my Fedchoice account and I cannot cancel it. Ive sent them secure messages of clear screenshots of what transfers needed to be deleted — no dice. I’ve had to call my external bank to literally block Fedchoice from taking out any money ??♂️ Online and phone support has been so unhelpful. I will try one last ditch effort & actually go to the office so they can physically see the issue.

It is so difficult and time consuming to speak to someone about pretty much anything. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes this time, still waiting to speak to a live person.
