The Team Helped Solve A Major Delima. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter ?? that she really wanted thru this store. Brandon G. was very helpful in the process. Shoes arrived at my house 5 days later, I open the box and to my surprise it’s only one shoe in the box lol. I called the store London answered and when I told her the debacle she laughed with me and told me come to the store. I get there, her Brandon and Erik assist me with locating a store that has the shoe in stock or place another order. Brandon and Erik were on their phone calling stores they found the store in which the order actually came from. Within 10 mins Eric the other location answered and told them to let me know I could come and get the other shoe.

Erik was fantastic! He was attentive, super helpful, and very friendly. I was in the area and really needed some new shoes. There are dozens of places between where I live and this store, but I will come back again just for Erik’s customer service! His customer service tops and sales I would’ve received any sales at other stores.

So I pulled up at the footlocker here in woodmore town center at 10ish and they was close and the store hours clearly say 10am then by 11 I get out the car again to check if they was open and a nice girl told me she was waiting for the 2nd person to open the store I asked her how long they going b because I’ve been sitting outside for a hour after yall opening time she stated she didn’t know they was suppose to been here OK COOL I WORK IN RETAIL AND THIS IS GHETTO ,UNSAFE, unprofessional, inconvenient opening a business 2 hours of opening hours is insane …..today my off day yall wasted 1 1/2 of my dam time just for her to tell me at the door they don’t have the shoe im looking for UMMMMM YEAH NEVER AGAIN BTW YALL ONLY GETTING 2 stars because of the girl they opened the door was really nice

This Foot Locker is clean also had a good selection of shoes and a nice sell as well...Celine was nice and patient but wouldn't give me 10% of a jacket that had a damaged zipper......Other then that my experience was good
