My car has been there for more than a month past the time for geico to cover my rental. Don't sign up for alerts because you will not get any. They're full of excuses. Kelly told me they couldn't reach me bc my phone couldn't receive messages??? No answer when I asked "why didn't ya'll call me then". The whole month I never received updates on my car. Kelly also left me on hold after I called to express my concerns to the manager. I don't think she ever spoke to the manager. This ordeal was beyond frustrating. Save yourself the headache.

The service center is absolutely terrible. Their customer service is horrible, most of the staff is rude and unable to communicate basic information. I came in for a fuse issue and somehow they ended up damaging my AC hose. It took them months to figure out what the problem was, or even effectively communicate the solution to the AC hose, they never came up with a solution because the part was on back order. Had I not constantly followed up I don't think anything would've been communicated to me. Overtime, the same issue with the fuses happened again and when I took it elsewhere, they found that the service center at darcars put fuses in the wrong place. They seem to do more damage than fix anything. Highly suggest staying away!! If I could give them no stars I would cuz thats what they deserve.

I bought a Ford Fiesta in 2011. Loved the car. Then I traded it in for a Ford Focus in 2017. On June 6, 2022 I dropped off my Focus for transmission repairs. When I went to pick it up I was told that they were waiting for a part that was on backorder. It has been 16 weeks and I have received one courtesy phone call (on Sept 7th). During that call I was promised to receive a bi-weekly update. Yeah, right. When I finally get my car back, maybe this year, I will never/ever take my car here for service. This is why I give this one star and that is being generous.

Liars! I called regarding a new vehicle. The nice lady said it was available. I told her I would be there in 45 minutes. Mind you, a 45 minute drive! When I got here, all of a sudden the truck is not available. "It is in the body shop." Save yourself the time. Look elsewhere! Liars!!

Regarding the SERVICE department. I've been coming to Darcars for a very long time and over the years service has been up and down. I've always requested technician Andrew because there is no better mechanic. The issue has usually been within the service department. Well that has changed since Stephanie Crain (service advisor) began working there. Her talent for excellent customer service is exactly what I hope for from Ford and she always follows up with me when I bring my vehicle in for service. It's a winning team with the new manager Mike. I highly recommend asking for Stephanie Crain when you make an appointment and Andrew to be your technician.

Stephanie in the service department is extremely rude. None of us will be purchasing or servicing our cars due to her behavior. I'm sorry your life isnt what you imagined it to be, Stephanie. Because of you DARCARS has lost a family of 8. I hope the service manager reads this.

My husband's Ford Mustang has been in the repair shop for nearly 3 weeks. They told him the problem was with the thermostat, then the radiator. Neither replacements have resolved the problem. He has tried to reach out to someone for help, but has gotten nowhere. When asked to speak to the general manager, he was told that he was sick. I begged my husband not to take his beloved car to DARCARS. They have an awful reputation in the DMV. Because of their proximity to our home, he decided to take a chance. So now he has no car and is getting the run around. The sad thing is that I'm sure they will expect him to pay for repairs that never addressed the problem. They should be ashamed of their poor business practices, but I know they're not. Where's 7 On Your Side when you need them?

8 am appointment for a recall repair issue. I scheduled the repair last Friday. Get there on time asked to wait. After 10 min give them my key and info. THey teLl me that I have a rental reservEd at Enterprise. Ok. A shuttle will take me there. Ok. 15 min passed, no shuttle. Took a Lyft to Enterprise. Arrive at Enterprise 10 min later. I check in and give ID, payment and insurance info--no problem. 30 min and still waiting on a car. Was told that they need to find me a Ford. Wait, what? Why don't you have a Ford ready?? I made this reservation through the dealership last week?? Not happy. Only nice thing I can say is that the service people were polite.

I wanted to comment on the negative experience I've had with this Ford location and just the brand in general. Came in for a service check to test for fuel pump recall, and a stalling issue December 31st at 12:00 pm, was told the location would be closing early(4 PM) and they wouldn't be able to complete the recall check today. But I could come back the next week and have both things taken care of for no fee. I made sure to confirm that the recall testing and the general diagnosis would be of no cost. The representative confirmed that they would check it at no cost. I come back a week later (today) January 8th for my 8:30 AM appointment only to be told by the same representative that there is a $195 fee for them to do a driveability test and inform me if my vehicle stalling is due to anything besides the recall issue(transmission, alternator, battery, etc). I don't understand why a general diagnosis would ever cost that much but to be given misinformation after I've already been told that I cant have my SCHEDULED service completed during my original appointment is too much. This is the worst experience I've had with a Ford dealership, not even mentioning that another employee told me the manager of the service department doesn't give out their business card. What a joke, just disappointed and displeased and I will be spreading the word about the horrible service and misinformation spread at this location.

I absolutely love this dealership because of the people here. James Tingly is 100% my go to. He's the manager in the Ford Service Department and truly cares about his customers. I purchased a used Explorer through CarMax several years ago and James always went above and beyond to help me. His dedication to my satisfaction was beyond anything I've seen before from any dealership, especially one that didn't even sell me the vehicle. Fast forward to 100,000+ miles and a transmission going bad he introduced me to one of the sales reps (can't remember how to spell his name) and they got me into a brand new completely loaded 2019 Edge. I was beyond happy. I recommend this location for veterans, those on limited incomes and those who are rebuilding credit. They will help you and even the GM will bend over backwards to make you happy. I truly felt through all these years that I've been part of a family and not like someone was trying to rip me off.
