I'm still pissed about the dirty attitude employee who stared down my dad like he was about to Rko him with his bicycle bc obviously that is his only means of transportation. Because of an ccident that he apologized for. I will be contacting headquarters also about how all the employees the blacks stand around on the floor and constantly uses profanity in front ot customers and how Management lets this happen.

The review has two stars because of the customer service of the young man staffing the self checkout knout. He was great. Else I would give one star for this Giants self check out. The timer is two fast. If you are not moving like a champion race horse you are timed out and need help. System does not detect well when item is in the bagging area. Keeps harassing you. System can't read the bar code on the yellow sales labels so you need help. If you buy a 24 bottle pack of water this self check out has no wand so you need help. Each time you need help is when the nice young man makes an appearance. One time I was among 4 other customers who asked for help at the same time. He took it all in stride. The point is that this is a solvable problem. Giant does not care about this location likely because of its location. Kudos to the young man that I am certain goes unappreciated by corporate. If you have time and use self checkout go to another location like Freestate Mall.

I have been going to this Giant pharmacy for 11 years. The pharmacists have been there for my family through a variety of life events over the years and have always been supportive. It is true that some pharmacy techs are better than others, but the pharmacists themselves have always been top notch, easy to work with, considerate, and efficient. They keep track of things for me like making sure a certain med is filled ahead of schedule due to upcoming travel events and contact me if one of my long prescribed medicine dosage has changed to verify that it is correct. 5 stars absolutely.

Pharmacy manager whom refuses to give her name out. Completely RUDE and ignorant. Unfortunately i suffer from chronic kidney disease, including two other forms of kidney disease. I’ve never had a pharmacist disrespect me, belittle me, and treat me horrible.Don’t even bother going there because she will hang up on you, scream in your face and scream all your information out for everyone to hear.

Made a 12:30pm appointment for a covid vaccine. Did all my paperwork online. Got to the pharmacy, I was informed it would be "over an hour" and was handed a clip board to fill out my paperwork. Appointments don't matterIt's 2:20pm. Still waiting.If you're going to run a walk-in clinic, THAT'S FINE, run a walk-in clinic. But if you're going to offer appointments and preliminary paperwork online (you know, so people can PLAN THEIR DAY) then you should honor that.Everyone was friendly enough, just don't make an appointment in anticipation of being in and out on your lunch break or anything.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years but recently the customer service has been horrible. You can call to verify that your prescription ready and get there and it’s not ready. The employees are incompetent and you can tell that some really don’t know what they’re doing. This is your warning to go to a different pharmacy!

They did NOTHING to verify my prescription. I dropped it off on Monday, and they told me I would get a text when it was ready. By Thursday I had not heard anything, and that's because they weren't sure of the name on the prescription. Never mind that I presented both my driver's license and insurance card when I dropped off the script. Never mind that I have been getting that exact same prescription every month for two years. Did they try to call the doctor's office with any questions? No. Did they bother to contact me, the patient, to let me know there was a problem? No. They did NOTHING, just threw up their hands and said "whatever" and made ZERO effort to clarify the issue, which once they actually contacted the prescriber turned out to be exceedingly simple.

I.ve been Dealing with the Lanham Giant Pharmacy since the day it opened . The People there are excellent , Friendly and always looking out for their Patients. My Insurance company has tried to get me to go mail order but i can't . I love the way they take care of our Pharmacy needs .Special recognition of outstanding Customer Service from both Rob Melendez and Laura Adenikinju. The Lanham Giant Pharmacy is the best. They always exceed my expectations. My Wife feels the same way .

This giant is nice. This is my preferred location due to many reasons. Close to my home and the staff is friendly. On my last visit I came in for chicken thighs. I must be blind because I didn't see them initially. My husband and I was walking from the meat area and talking and I said "they must not have them in stock" and I heard a guy ask what we were looking for. I am assuming he was a manager because he was dressed up. He asked the guy that was stocking the meat section and they helped me find it with ease. This is why I like coming here because they are friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years with no issues. They pharmacists are always lovely. The issue is the recent experiences with the pharmacy tech. He is extremely rude eveytime and nothing has been done or said about it. It makes you not want to return.

I came in today waited and waited at the customer desk to report a young man for having his phone out in front of me it's completely understaffed no one cares trash every where the bananas are turning black it's truly sad
