I have been a customer to the Lanham branch for over 25 years. The counter costumer service people are great and knowledgeable. I always get greeted with a smile great service and help everytime I visit.

First time going to a physical location. Though I didn't get her name, the lady working at the desk, onJan 13, gave me great customer service. I appreciate the time she took to explain something I was confused on.Although, everything I was looking for was not in store that day. She informed me of my options and gave me recommendations on where to check.Overall great experience for my first time at a Grainger brick and mortar location.

Allthough the Granger is expensive they always have equipment we need to run our offices and milling equipment so we are happy to pay their prices. They have saved us several times supplying the materials we need to make corrections in our ward operational business.
