Hadn't heard of Graybar until it was recommended to me to check out for the items I was looking for. It was my first time at a Graybar brick and mortar location.Ryan and a new employee took care of me. I was informed of account options as well as what a typical turn around time for delivery of items not stocked on site. Pricing was better than I expected for the items I was looking for.Overall great first time experience. Thanks Ryan.

Horrible, ask for price at 1 counter and sad to say 25 mins later than price moves up $3 more at another counter. It's has become worst around here. They take too long to resolve their mistakes.
