It's never a pleasant experience going into Home Depot because I can't always find what I'm looking for, and even more difficult to find an employee to ask for assistance.
The cashier was helpful when one of my items at self check kept ringing up the wrong price. Unlike another cashier during a previous trip when I had a similar issue.

Worst rental truck place. I reserved my trucks a week in advance and this the second time I made and paid my deposit and less then an hour to pick up time I get an email trucks are out of stock. Ridiculous.
Mr. Victor always goes out of his way to get me a truck but this 2 times he has been at work and then I have to go around the DMV to get a truck at the last minute.

I would like to know why thr people at this store act like they have been inconvenienced, by customers asking them simple questions. Overall the staff is very short, non responsive and have very rude attitudes. The two stars come from the to employees that were NOT rude today. However, overall it was just a bad experience dealing with the employees in the store. They need to be retrained on customer service.
6/25/2025. Edit of my review because I had such a great experience yesterday. The employee was helpful, had great customer service and because of that I ended up spending more money. Now that is the way a customer experience should be, not what I had when I originally wrote my review a month ago. She needs to train the entire store on how to represent this business.

I arrived at this establishment at 4:15 to pick up an item that was stated to be ready 2 days ago.
When I arrive at the establishment.
I spent forty five minutes waiting for someone to retrieve this item. The supposedly store manager, or should I say temporary manager for the shift show no type of empathy for the amount of time I waited for an item that should have been ready. This is unacceptable for the management that you have in place.
That positionHe holds does not suit him. When acts to remove the straps off of the item, purchase he seemed to have a very arrogant attitude towards completing the task as the item was not prepared to pick up. Order number wg900612548.. Like I stated before, management needs to learn empathy, lead by example. For your fellow team members..

Maria has been a pleasure to work with at this location 10/10 stars. She goes above and beyond for her clients and makes sure all our money is spent at home depot and not at other competitor stores. I would love to bring all my business here just because how I'm taken care of. Home depot, please make a clone machine to make sure we can place one of her at every location.. lls All jokes aside, i really appreciate her as well as the whole team there in Lanham.. Thanks !!

My experience at this Homedepot was great! 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to assist my husband and I load and purchase a patio set. Stephen love and another young man. Thank you for great customer service!

How have i not rated my favorite store in all of Maryland that has what I need for a project and everything i want for just because LOL.
