I always come in here When the lady, I personally know is there to thread my eyebrows today, I took a chance there was two different ladies, one with blonde highlights, and a lighter skin lady with dark hair When she was finished with my eyebrows. I asked her to make one a little more arched and she kept persisting that it’s fine and it looks good and I told her it’s not the way I like it if she can fix it would be better and her and the other lady started shouting and yelling, and when I asked for a manager, they would not give me a name or number

It was my friend’s first time at Karma Threading, and she was super impressed! The lady who attended to her did an amazing job, very gentle and professional. Even though there was a long queue, the staff made sure to treat everyone politely and with care. We also really appreciated how clean and well kept the place was. Definitely recommending this spot to others!

Karma is the BEST place I’ve ever went to for my eyebrows, my little sister recommended this spot over a year ago and I go ever since now and always happy with the shape/clean up of my eyebrows unlike other places who take off to much and uneven shaping.. I recommend Karma to EVERYONE! Super friendly and amazing service!

Karma, Sarmila, and the rest of the team are amazing! I always get compliments on my eyebrows, and even more recently since I started getting the eyebrow tints. I was hesitant to try the tint and it looks crazy right after lol. But after cleaning off the layer an hour later, I looove my eyebrows.

Super friendly and clean. I ask for low arch with medium thick brows and she did one brow, gave me a preview to make sure it was what I wanted and continued. I have a little bald spot on my left eyebrow and they made it look like it doesn’t exist at all. Great service, will come again.
