They were very accommodating and did not charge this senior citizen to put on her new Apple watchband. There is ample parking as well as attractive waiting and service areas. MacMedics will be my new Apple products service-provider.

Had an issue with my Mac that I tried getting support with from Apple over the phone. They were unable to fix the issue and sent me here. The service was in and out with great customer service. Glad to know I have local support for my Apple products now.

I came to see what was wrong with my charger port on my iPhone 12 Pro it wasn’t charging properly as if it had a short. I thought I would need to replace but the young man In the front went to the back and cleaned it out. He also recommended a protective cover for the back of my phone since it was cracking. Great service highly Recommend for sure.

Checking my laptop in for repair was quick and easy. They let me know that there were multiple routes I could go in for repair and provided me with an estimate for the most costly route. I appreciated the transparency up front, because I'd rather prepare to pay more and be surprised with paying less. The technician called the next day and said that the less costly route had much more promise and they would let me know when the parts came in. I received a phone call and an email letting me know the parts had arrived in two days. The repair was completed by the next day. Quick turn around, awesome price transparency, and I got to avoid going into a mall! I would definitely use MacMedics again. Thanks!

I brought in my older model laptop which was having an issue with the display; the screen wasn't working at all. I work in IT, so I did just about all of the troubleshooting possible for a software issue. After exhausting those options, I called the apple store; they told me that because it was an older laptop that they wouldn't service it, but they referred me to MacMedics. I brought it in and explained that I'd tried several different software remedies and that I believed it was a hardware issue, specifically with the monitor as I could hear the system load up (the "bell" would sound) and I could hear the letters from the keyboard being recognized when pushed on the password screen. They charged me $40 for an assessment and told me they would call me when they had an update. Four days later they called to tell me that they didn't know what was wrong with it and that I could come pick it up. Upon arriving at the store, I asked them if they had even attempted to isolate the issue down to a specific component, they hadn't done much at all. I then asked if they attempted to display the screen on a tv or other screen to verify that the screen was the issue, which they hadn't. They then told me that the laptop that I had came from a grouping of macbooks that was known for having issues with the "logic board" and that apple was sued because of it, so I shouldn't waste my money on troubleshooting and just buy a new laptop. I left there and found a small repair shop that was able to switch out the monitor and low and behold, it works. I'm writing this review from the laptop that they told me that I should just throw away. MacMedics has plenty of good reviews here, but buyer beware; depending on your issue, they may tell you to replace your item instead of doing a little more work to find a cheap and easy solution.

BEWARE, you are in much better hands taking your device to a real apple store. I came to this location because it was recommended on the apple website while trying to make an appointment for my mac. I was told I needed to replace the whole motherboard of my laptop because one charging port was not working anymore. After declining that service and telling Joey I will pick up my laptop and not have that service done, I got a call ten minutes later stating my computer is turning on and I can come pick it up. They will try to turn any small issue you are coming in for into something more costly for their benefit. I have have several friends tell me about these issues they have had as well after coming here. Apple should take them off as an authorized service center.
