I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and will not be returning. Considering the price I paid, I expected a better quality of service. It felt rushed, especially when it came to my nails, which was disappointing. After I got home and saw my nails under bright light, I was very disappointed with the result. Mimi, you did a very bad job on my nails. Will never come back at this place.

I really love ❤ my nail tech. Meme does whatever I want on my nails. Very patient and kind...When I go somewhere else and my nails are a mess. I have to come and let her fix and repair the problem. I rather stay with my nail tech and be behind on a fill and just wait on Meme...Awesome nail tech. 💅 5stars

My nails came OFF within 2 days. I love my nails looking good and beautiful because of my type of job (publicity). So, I literally make a trip to this salon every week, spending my hard earned money. The last straw was when she (Mimi) did a full set on Friday and on Sunday 3 of the nails came off and one broke with my natural nail - very painful. She barely use enough gel to hold the nails. She insisted I pay a full price, I said NO I deserve a 50% discount for returning in 3 days. Her attitude was unacceptable and she refused. I asked her to take OFF all the nails and she did, I left calmly. She lost a very good customer.

Lady Snow did a good pedicure however owner Mimi to rough and aggressive. Tried to schedule with Snow she wasn't available and Mimi hounded me I kindly told her she hurt me doing a standing manicure

I visited this place the other day and it's been a couple years since I've been there. I was disappointed that John and Dora are no longer there. Does anyone know where they went? Dora was excellent!

1st time I went a gentleman named David did my nails and he did a beautiful job!!! My toes where done by a lady named Snow and she hurt and ate up my toe cuticles,red sore and burning she is a extremely rough even after you tell her she is hurting you!! Went 11/29/23 FOR DAVID ONLY , unfortunately he was not there . The owner Mimi (she has extremely long nails and the first chair when you walk in) The owner Mimi is absolute TRASH, she does terrible work, moves too fast and extremely rough. She left sores on every single finger from cutting my cuticles, she rushed through my service. When I declined to get FAKE NAILS, SHE CAUGHT AN ATTITUDE and kept saying your nails are OLD, lolI have acrylic on my REAL LONG NAILS, why wld she want to put fake if I kept saying " NO THESE ARE MY NAILS, I DON'T WANT FAKE NAILS put on". The acrylic and nail polish she applied is all TRASH.... please save your MONEY AND GO TO A CLEAN, DECENT ,CARING NAIL PROFESSIONALS. Please don't waste your money in this trash business, nail salon and customer service. Again MIMI IS TRASH!!!!

I went there on Saturday to get a pedicure. The lady that did my toes did not speak any English & according to her manager did not know what she was doing. I believe her! She cut my left pinky toe. She barely used any nail polish to paint my toes. My toes looked lackluster. I requested rhinestones to salvage this bland pedicure. The manager came in to apply the rhinestones. They were unevenly placed. They were unhygienic. They tried to use rhinestones that they drooped on the floor. I had to ask the manager to fill in the large gap on my big toe after they finished. Oh & I got my pinky infected the next day. Biggest waste of $80.Service: Pedicure

There are no consistently good nail salons in the Lanham area. However, the owners of the salons are consistently rude and disrespectful, constantly bashing customers in their native language. My experience at sun light nails on 11/1/2023 was horrendous. The evil worker intentionally and brutally filed my toenails while poking into my skin with her sharp fake nails all because I didn’t accept an a gel manicure demand from her. My feet have been burning all night long. I will never come back to this deserted shambles of a business.Service: Manicure

I always get disappointed. This last time my eyelashes that was supposed to last 2-3 weeks, lasted only 2 days. So I went back to complain the following weekend because I had a full workweek. After being disrespected, I was made to wait and pay $15 before they fixed it. It was either pay to get it fixed or pay them to remove it bc I wasn’t about to be walking around looking crazy ?. The last time I got my nails filled in, only for my paint to start coming off after a few days. That has never happened before. Guess I’m done with this place
