I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Kaleigh for my kitchen cabinets. I got an estimate in December of 2022 and had to hold off on the kitchen renovation. March of 2024 I decided to proceed with my kitchen renovation and reached back out to Ms. Kaleigh for assistance. Ms. Kaleigh still had my previous order from 2022 and was able to make the changes I requested without hesitation. Ms. Kaleigh was extremely patient and answered the million and one questions I asked. I received my cabinets in a reasonable time frame and pick up was a breeze thanks to Mr. Abraham. I am truly satisfied with the customer service and quality of cabinets I purchased.

There is great customer service when putting in an order. But after the order was placed, it was difficult to determine updated delivery times.The original estimate was around 8 weeks and the order took about 16 weeks. I played a lot of phone tag in the last 8 weeks to get updates. And in the end, the cabinets were delivered the Friday before the Monday which was the date I had been given just a week earlier.

These guys are horrible. I drove out after speaking with a rep to get a quote a product and he had already departed for the day. Spoke to the manager and he promised me a quote after I send him the dimensions. A week went by and never heard from anyone so I just told them to nevermind. I presume they are not in the business of making money or providing certain services.
