We’ve had two of our Mercedes serviced here. Mr Proctor and his team do a great job and have very reasonable prices. Everyone is friendly and they almost always can work you in without too long of a wait. I highly recommend Proctor’s for any of your mechanical services.

I went there to get my brake light and reverse light changed. I brought my own bulbs. These jokers wanted to charge me over $200.00 i told them it was way too expensive. They said they would put the old bulb back. They charged me $124.00 for doing absolutely nothing and displaced my outer lamp in the process. Total ripoff. Bad business. Beware.

I had an excellent experience at Proctors. My car was diagnosed and the work was excellent. I was given an estimate and my car was returned when scheduled.

Mr. Proctor did an excellent job in attending to my Mercedes E320. I have been going to his shop since 2014. Mr. Proctor still does a superb job with my vehicle.

Although ProtorAutomovie was unable to provide needed service my last visit, they are always courteous. Pass services we outstanding and will and have recommended others to them. The money saved with them speaks volumes and I can't say enough good things about ProtorAutomovie. I will be back.

I have a 2011 BMW 328i. I had to get 2 window regulators (left and right). A new suspension. Service was timely. Owner, Tim, explained everything to me. Very professional. His administrative assistant was very professional as well. Drove the car home, functioning just fine They will definitely have my business again

I took my 2015 ML350 in for an A service and a few other fixes. The truck has never run so good. Not only was the customer service good but the mechanic called to discuss the repairs before making and even offered options on what to get now and what i could wait to get later. I just got it all done now and it was the best choice I have ever made. This is my ML's new car Dr. Will be bringing my SLK up soon.

Proctor Foreign Auto has taken very good care of my car. The owner always takes the time to explain what's going on. He takes time to explain the root cause, effect and suggested resolution and provides accurate pricing. He stands on his word and behind his work. I will continue to use his services.
