Had problems with my vehicle took him in to Proctor for the service and like always they came through like a real champion. Corrected everything that needed to be corrected. Always great service. I recommend them most highly.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!If I could give them less than one star, I would. After being charged over 4k in repairs, my car still has the same issue and a noise that it didn't have when I took it in. I reached out to Tim to discuss and request they fix the original problem and encountered the rudest, unprofessional and arrogant response from a business owner imaginable. Not only did he hang up the phone on me, he will not return my phone calls. They will be reported to the BBB!

The service was very good and the staff and the tech very friendly.. They look over everything and the do check and advise on things to keep the car in good health condition running good.. The price I had to pay I was very happy and these are some ruff times here 2023 you know having a benz it's going to cost, buy I have found a nice shop to take my benz to now I will be doing more business with them 5 ? on everything.. I'm so impressed with the service. My car was towed in with a broken belt and Tim took his time to explain what was to be done. He gave me an estimate and when the car was going to be ready. The car was ready earlier than expected and the bill was less than the estimate. Very satisfied.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Had no service done. I did seek an opinion regarding a mechanical problem, but realized no effort was made by Proctor to share any information to help. I cross examine a comment and realized Iwould not make myself a customer.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY LITERALLY GAVE ME MY BRAKE COVER IN A BROWN PAPER BAG WITH THE SCREWS IN IT AND HORRIBLY DAMAGED MY CAR AFTER RELEASING MY EMERGENCY BRAKE AND THEN CHARGED ME OVER $300! It literally took them over a week to do that. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any mechanic. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT OVERPRICED HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Service: Brakes

My son had his car detail by a fine detailer, He did a A-1 job inside and out, I would definitely recommend to get your vehicle detail with a top notch professional employee ask for Mr. Willie he will have your vehicle looking new inside and out and price is reasonable.
